11、a small gap on top of his tank. He then slid more than 8 feet across the floor and slipped into a drainpipe about 6 inches wide. Finally, Inky slid down the 164-foot-long drainpipe and, most likely, retumed to his hometown. Octopuses are fantastic escape artists, said Alex Harvey, an.expert at the M
12、arine Biological Association in England. They have a complex brain and excellent eyesight, and research suggests they have an ability to learn and form mental maps. They can also squeeze through extremely small spaces even ones as tiny as coins - since they have no bones in their-bodies. Inky is not
