1、 2012 第四届全国中小学“教学中的互联网搜索”优秀教案评选 参赛教案 一教案背景 1、面向学生：中学 2、学科：英语 3、课时： 1 4、学生课前准备： 1）预习生词，了解单词的意思。 2）预习课文，通过网络搜索利用多媒体教学，了解星座的背景知识，贯穿整个教学过程。 3）自主完成课后习题。 二教学课题9A Unit1 Star Signs Reading(A) 【教学目标】 1、知识目标：通过上下文语境猜测生词词义。掌握本课12 个星座的词汇与短语。 2、能力目标：利用所学知识点，描述自己的性格特征。 3、 情感目标：学生学会用英语表达自己所喜欢的星座和自己的星座，辨别不同星座的标志， 学
2、习标志名称。 【教学重点、难点】 教学重点： 1、理解并熟练掌握有关星座特征和重点词汇。 2、培养学生的阅读能力。 教学难点： 1、说出自己的星座并把自己的特征介绍给他人。 2、学生用英语表达自己最喜爱的星座和原因。 【教学辅助工具】 多媒体课件、互联网。 三教材分析 本节教材为牛津英语9A Unit1 Star Signs Reading(A) 1背景分析：在西方的占星术中，一个人的星象通常取决于他出生的时刻，被占星家用 来分析性格，还可以用来预测未来的事件。同样，每个天体都被认为具有自己独特的性格。 中国的星象是根据12 种动物，即中国的十二生肖（属相）来排列的，每种动物代表一个农历 年份
3、。和西方的星座一样，人们相信你出生的年份会影响你的性格。 2 内容分析：在本课文中出现了大量的描述某人性格的形容词，学生对这个非常感兴趣， 这样可以让学生反复操练，直到他们能够正确使用这些形容词。当时在上这篇课文时，我采 用了小组竞赛的方式，看哪一组在规定的时间内找出的性格形容词最多。学生对这些星座还 是很感兴趣的，但要记住这些星座的名字却比较困难。当时我只要求他们记住自己的星座, 同时说出自己的性格和书上描述的异同，学生对这个非常感兴趣，大部分学生都能用形容词 来描述自己的性格。 教学之前用百度在网上搜索“Star Signs”的相关教学材料，找了很多教案和材料作参 考，了解到教学的重点和难
4、点，确定课堂教学形式和方法。然后根据课堂教学需要，利用百 度搜索关于的星座视频，课堂放给学生观看，加深印象。用百度图片网上搜索下载各种星座 的图片，培养学生读图识别能力。 通过百度在网上搜索一些关于星座的文字资料和图片资料， 做成 PPT课堂给同学们演示，给学生了解星座相关知识。 四教学方法及思路 【教学方法】： 本节课引导学生听、说、读、练，合作探究，合作探究的学习方法，围绕教学目标，通过 合作探究的方式，发现、分析问题并解决问题，有助于培养学生在合作学习中的责任意识和 目标意识。以活动的形式展开教学，综合运用启发式、多媒体演示、互联网搜索等教学手段。 【教学思路】： 本课是讲星座，我们可以
5、利用多媒体教学手段展示了一幅幅色彩逼真、形象生动，栩栩如 生的画面。叫学生通过不同的图片把不同的星座特征尽可能的找出来。多媒体展示的图画更 有特色，充分地调动学生的积极性，参与性，吸引全体学生的注意力，达到了教育教学目的， 培养学生英语语言综合素质有很好的指导作用。通过网络搜索，贯穿整个教学过程，增加了 直观性和趣味性，加大了课堂密度，提高了教学效果。 五、教学过程设计 Step 1 Warm-up 1. 【星座导入】Teacher says: We have learnt about the twelve star signs. Can you name some of them? Revi

Play the tape and ask the students to listen carefully with closing the books. Then ask them to read after t

After each paragraph, ask students to say which part of the text they do not understand. Less able students may find some of the names of the star signs difficult.
8、If so, do not force them to learn them by heart because they are only used here to arouse students? interest. It is more important for them to learn the adjectives that describe people?s characteristics. This will enable them to complete the Main Task at the end of the unit. (遵循学生的 思维规律 ,层层深入 ,同时注意阅

Show the whole class 12 pictures of star signs. Teach them the names and repeat several
13、 times. Ask one student What your star sign is. Help him to answer My star sign is.Next, What are your characteristics? Kind, generous.Ask more students the questions.（提高他们知识运用的综 合能力。 ） 2. Divide the students into 12 groups. Then play the tape for the whole class to write down the characteristics of
14、 each star sign, each group find out their own star sign. Show them a table on the blackboard. And ask some students to fill in blanks.
