1、东华理工大学毕业论文 摘要 摘 要 本次毕业论文是恒基实业投资开发有限公司民用住宅楼的施工组织设计。该拟 建物的结构为框架结构，总建筑面积 4140m2，建筑层数为 6 层，建筑高度为 19.5m, 建筑年限为 50 年。 施工组织设计是建筑施工组织的核心和灵魂，是对工程建设项目全过程的构思 设想和具体安排，是用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合 性文件。根据工程需要，组建施工组织管理机构，规定现场管理内容,施工总体部署、 施工准备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程计划及工期保证措施、安全及文明施 工措施、施工现场管理措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性、适用性及针 对性，
2、是确保优质、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任务的重要经济技术文 件，该施工组织设计为了成本的降低而提出了许多合理化建议和措施，及在施工过 程中文明施工和安全施工措施。 按照现行建设工程量清单计价规范进行了工程量计算，然后依据计算的工程量 确定了该工程的人工、材料和机械消耗量。为确保工期、质量及安全、文明工地， 节约成本等条件，编制出针对性的施工组织设计，每个分部分项工程的特点、结构 特征、施工难易程度工期和质量要求，编制出切实可行的施工方案、施工进度横道 图、施工网络图、施工组织平面图，以指导施工顺利地完成本工程项目的建设，控 制工程成本，创建优质工程。 关键词：核心；施工部署； 施工方案

With a total acreage of 4140 square meters, the proposed building is frame construction. It has 6 floors and the altitude is 19.5 meters and the
4、construction period is 50 years. Construction management plan is the core and soul of construction organizations. It is a design about the whole process of construction projects and specific arrangements. It is a comprehended technical, economical and organizational document which used to guide the
5、construction activities of the whole process of project. According to the needs of the project, construction management plan set up a construction management agency to specify the details of the on-site management, the overall construction of the deployment, preparation of the construction, the main
6、 sub-segment of the construction methods, measures to assure the quality, safety and civilized construction measures, and construction site management measures such factors which should be full considered to highlighting science, applicability and pertinence. Construction management plan is an impor
7、tant economical and technical document which to ensure the accomplishment of the whole construction task with high-quality, low cost, safety, civilization, and high speed. Construction management plan was made to put forward reasonable proposals and measures to reduce the cost, and suggestion about
8、safety measures and civil constructions in the construction process. Under the current construction specifications of Quantities of engineering, the construction management plan calculates the quantities. And then based on the quantities of projects, the construction management plan specify the proj

In order to ensure construction duration, quality and safety, civil construction site, cost-saving such conditions, this thesis design the suitable construction management plan, the features of each sub-part of the project and their structural features
