1、摘要近年来,随着我国经济水平的不断提高,滑雪已经成为人们日常生活中一项较为普及的体育运动。但是,由于我国滑雪运动的开展时间不长,针对滑雪指导员的培训和管理还不到位,这在一定程度上不利于我国滑雪运动和产业的发展。为了促进我国滑雪运动的发展,本文以中国和加拿大的滑雪指导员的发展做了研究对比,希望通过借鉴加拿大的先进经验来促进我国滑雪指导员和滑雪产业的发展。文章以我国的滑雪运动为研究对象,通过下列几点对我国滑雪运动开展研究:(1)首先文章对本文的背景和意义都进行了详细介绍,明确研究意义等相关内容。(2)查阅当前的国内外专家学者对于滑雪指导员的相关研究,梳理研究内容,为后文的写作奠定理论基础。(3)了

2、解当前我国在滑雪指导员方面的发展、培训和管理现状,全方位的了解他们的发展现状以及当前发展瓶颈。(4)分析当前加拿大的滑雪指导员发展现状和培养模式;(5)分析当前我国滑雪指导员产业在发展过程中所存在的问题,这些问题在较大程度上限制了我国滑雪产业的发展。并通过借鉴当前加拿大滑雪指导员培训的相关经验提出意见和建议来促进我国滑雪产业和滑雪指导员的发展。经过本文的研究得出了以下结论:(1)当前我国滑雪指导员队伍中存在着年龄和结构失衡的问题,同时在培训和管理过程中也存在着体系不完善的不足之处。加拿大作为传统的滑雪强国,其当前的滑雪产业现状相对完善,在滑雪指导员的培训体系也相对完善,体育公共事业对于滑雪运动

3、的发展具有巨大的支撑作用。(2)中国滑雪运动的指导员数量较少,且指导员的个人素质和相关技术水平不高。为了促进我国滑雪产业的发展,本文从优化滑雪指导员人力资源管理和培训两个方面进行优化。关键词:中国,加拿大,滑雪指导员,管理,培训I中加两国滑雪指导员发展对比研究AbstractIn recent years, with the continuous improvement of Chinas economic level, skiing has become a more popular sport in peoples daily life. And through the reference to the current experience of Canadian ski instructor training to provide advice and suggestions to promote the development of Chinas ski indus

9、try and ski instructors.After the research of this paper, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) There are problems of age and structural imbalance in the current ski instructor team in China, and there are also imperfections in the training and management process. As a traditional skiing country,
