3、力保持农产品 价格合理水平。目前在我国大多数地区的农产品交易方面，由于信息不畅、交易 手段单一、市场管理不规范、交易坏节多及大宗农产品交易市场不普及等问题普 遍存在，地区农业经济的发展受到严重制约。在电子商务飞速发展的大坏境下， 农产品电子商务亟待广泛开展。农产品电子商务是指利用互联网、计算机、多媒 .体等现代通信技术，为从事涉农领域的生产经营主体提供在计算机网络上完成农 产品或农业服务的销售、购买和电子支付等业务交易的过程。发展农产品电子商 务实质是用现代信息技术服务于“三农”，促进农业增产、农民增收和农村全面 进步，推动新农村建设。而且简化流通坏节，降低农产品交易成本，稳定物价， 关系到国
4、计民生。因此，发展地区农产品电子商务就成了当务之急，而相关系统 平台的构建则是通向成功的关键一步。本文结合诸城市农业信息化及农产品交易的具体情况和国家的统一布置，设 计开发了一个集用户管理，网上信息发布，物流配送，在线支付与结算，客户评 价等功能于一体的地区性农产品电子商务系统诸城市农产品电子商务平台。 该系统的投入运行必将能组织引导更多的诸城农业企业、社区合作社及农户发展 农产品电子商务，让当地的农产品更大限度地得到宣传，使农企更快更及时更准 确地了解市场上农产品的供求信息，推进诸城市农业现代化的进程。本文阐述了课题的研究背景和意义，论述了我国农产品电子商务发展现状及 存在问题，介绍了课题的
5、研究思路和主要内容。简要说明了本文开发的农产品电 子商务交易系统所用到的一些基本理论和相关技术工具。在此基础上，给出了系 统分析和总体设计方案。对本系统的前台购物和后台管理主要功能模块的设计和 实现进行了详细分析后，通过系统测试说明了该系统平台的稳定性。最后对课题 做了总结与展望。关键词：电子商务农产品电子商务电子商务系统ASP SQL ServerDesign and i mpI ernentation of agricuItural produceE-commerce trading systemABSTRASTCurrently, because of the soaring agric

Just concluded the Central Rural Work Conference proposes that the circulation of agricultural products and market regulation should be significantly improved, and a reasonable level of prices of agricultural products should strive

Nowadays, regional development of economy is badly harmed by various agricultural trading problems, such as the communication is not yet convenient, the traditional trading way of agricultural produce is unitary, the regulation of agricultural produce market is not formal,
8、 and wholesale trading is not popular enough. In the rapid development of E-commerce environment, agriculmral-produce-online-trading should be carried out widely and urgently. Agricultural-produce-online-trading means the online trading process, including selling, buying, and paying, of agricultural
9、 produce aided with modem communication technologies, such as the internet, computers, and multimedia. The development of agricultural-produce-online-trading is in essence applying the modem IT technologies in solving the problem of farmers, villages, and agriculture”. It will eventually increase th
10、e production of agriculture, the profit of farmers, accelerate the development of villages in every aspect, and accelerate the development of New Villages. And simplify circulation and reduce the transaction costs of agricultural products, price stability are related to peoples livelihood. The const
11、ruction of the corresponding platform, without doubt, will play a critical role.Based on the agricultural in formalization of Zhucheng and its agricultural trading features, a regional systemZhucheng agricultural produce online trading platform, with functions of users management, online information
12、 release, logistics and delivery, online payment and settlement, users evaluation, is constructed in this dissertation. As long as this system is realized and implemented, more and more agricultural enterprises, communities and farmers in Zhucheng will be surely attracted to use it. The advertisemen
13、t of local agricultural produce will be much easier, and local farmers will get tiie supply-and-demand information of the market more conveniently, more timely, and more accurately. And this will eventually promote the modernization of Zhuchengs agriculture.In the beginning of this dissertation, we
14、analyze the research background and importance of this research. The current research situation of agricultural produce online trading is introduced; the main research ideas of this dissertation and results are also sketched. Later on, we give the main theories and tools used in developing the agric
15、ultural produce online trading system. After that, we provide the system analysis and overall design. Demand analysis of the system, design aim of the system, structure of the /systemodulesy data base lheare also provided.Design and realization of the main functional modules of the foreground transa
16、ction and the background management are discussed in detail. System testing tells us that this platform is efficient and robust.
