1、Afternoon Tea,High Tea,Traditionally, high tea was a working class meal served on a high table at the end of the workday, shortly after 5pm. It was a heavy meal of meat dishes (such as steak and kidney pie), fish dishes (such as pickled salmon腌鲑鱼), baked goods (such as crumpets or, in Ireland, barmb

Although some pour their milk in the cup first, it is probably better to pour the milk in the tea after it is in the cup in order to get the correct amount. Remove the tea bag from the cup and place it on a side saucer or in a slop bowl. Do not u
