5、cuit cooling tower is used to improve the effect of the cooling system and equipment service life，without building the pool.二、水冷设备：可以在生产现场筑水池，通过水泵使水循环对设备进行冷却，也可选用整套组合型冷却设备。炉体和电源分别采用两套独立（也可采用一套）的全封闭冷却装置。采用相互独立的二套冷却装置的目的是为了避免相互影响。冷却塔的下面有集水盘，内装喷淋用水，集水盘的进水口装有浮球阀，能够自动控制集水盘内的水位，出水口有喷淋水泵。因为中频电源需要低温的冷却水，出水温
6、度要控制在55以内，由于电炉感应线圈的冷却水温度略高，这样反而能够提高电炉的热效率，同时减小冷却装置的体积，进而减低造价。全封闭冷却装置的核心是喷淋蒸发式封闭冷却塔。在冷却塔内部有许多散热盘管，循环水在盘管内部流动，与空气不接触。冷却塔的上部装有喷水口和冷却风机。工作时喷淋水泵将水泵到上部的喷水口，将水呈雾状喷淋到盘管外表面，冷却风机同时抽风，使喷淋水汽化从而带走盘管内循环水的热量。这种先进型式的冷却装置具有很高的换热效率。建议采用FSS-200封闭式循环冷却塔，能大量节约生产场地占地面积。Water cooler: (optional)Builting pools in the produc

The upper part is provided with a water outlet of cooling tower and cooling fan. When working, the spray pumps water to the upper part of the s
11、pout, the water mist spray onto the surface of the coil, at the same time, cooling fan exhausting to vaporize spray water, carry off circulating water heat inside the coil.The advanced method of cooling device has high heat exchange efficiency.
