3、technologyisbasicallythesame,andtheproductioncapacityisintheworldtop.However,moreofthemaresmallandmediumenergystoragebatteries,Mostareusedinelectronicwatches,digitalcameras,mobilephonesandothersmalldevices.Andtakingtheproductionandapplicationofthelithiumbatteryaspowerbatteryisthehotfieldthatcountrie

6、lLogisticsDepartmentQuartermasterEquipmentInstitute,theChineseAcademyofSciencesInstituteofAutomation,etc.Measureddatashowed:ChinaYuanWangsnewbatteryperformancehasfarexceededallcurrentlithium-ionbatteries.Comparedittothebatterieswhichgenerallyusedbyworldnavycurrently,theenergydensityratioincreasednea
7、rlyfivetimes,thedurationofdischargeincreasedsixtimes,andthebatterychargingtimedecreasedbynearlythreetimes.Comparedtotheotherbatteries,alltheothersafetyindicatorswerelargelyrisen.ThenChinaYuanwangcooperatedwithNavysarmamentdepartmentandtheGeneralStaffDepartmentcommunicationssector.Startedtests,andach
8、ievedasatisfactoryresultforeachalltheparties.Nov.2006,ShenzhouYuanwangsnewpolymerlithium-ionbatteryprojectwasapprovedbytheStateMinistryofScienceandTechnologyStateTorchProject“.Andinthebatteryindustry,ShenzhouYuanwangistheonlyonecompanywhogottheapproval.,1.2Domesticandinternationaldevelopmentoflithiu
9、m-ionbatteries,1;Thelithium-ionbatteryhasexcellentchargeanddischargeperformanceandenvironmentaladvantages,isexpectedto5-10yearswillbefullyoccupiedthesecondchargemarket.2;Sonylithium-ionbatteriesonceoccupied90%ofthemarketofthelaptopanddigitalproducts.However,theproductionprocessisstillnobreakthroughi

11、ncapacityofthebatteriesandqualityarefairlywell-developed,in2005,JapansSonyholdsharesofDongguanNewEnergyBatteryCompanywith1.7billionRMB.JapanandSouthKoreabuilttheirproductionbaseinSuzhou.Otherdomesticbatterymanufacturershavealsojoinedthecompetition.However,generally,theproductsspecificationsaresmall,
12、theenergycouldnotgetrisen,basicallyallbelongtoenergystoragelithiumbattery.Thelargestlithium-ionbatterypracticallyinputnowisusedinlaptop,thelargepowerbatteryisbasicallynickel-cadmiumbatteries,silverzincbatteries,leadsilveroxidebatteriesandhydrogenfuelcells.However,comparedthebatteriesmentionedabovewi
13、thpolymerlithiumbattery,theyhavemanyproblemsaredifficulttosolved,suchaslowenergy,obviouslyselfconsumption,poorsafety,bigweight,difficultmaintenance,environmentalpollution,recyclingdifficulties,shortlifecycle,etc.4;InChinas“NinthFive-Year”period,lithium-ionbatteryprojectwaslistedinnational”863”plan,a

15、ttery,takingthelithium-ionbatteryasthepowersourceofvehiclesandsomeweapons.Japansetupdevelopmentinstitutetoresearchlithium-ionbatteryusingonsubmarine,andtestshavebeencarriedoutformanyyears;Franceisdeveloping3000Ahlithiumbatterywhichisusedonsubmarine;Russiapurchaseslithium-ionbatteriesfromChina,anduse
16、sintheassessmentandresearchofconventionalsubmarine.Theresearchesinthesecountriesareinconducting.Chinahasmadesomeprogressinlithium-ionbatteryapplicationIntheimplementationofChinas973program,theDepartmentoftheChineseNavyEquipmenthasalreadybeguntheapplicationtrialoflithium-ionbattery.Somepolymerlithium-ionbatteriesproducedbyShenzhouYuanwangCaompanyhavepassedperformancetests,whichcangreatlyenhancetheoperationalperformanceofequipment.Currently,someproductshavebeenofficiallyincludedinthesequenceofmili
