2、可根据预先编制的程序驱动各种连结装置,可用以取代机械式的按钮面板,并借由液晶显示画面制造出生动的影音效果。触摸屏由于其坚固耐用、反应速度快、节省空间、易于交流等诸多优点得到大众的认可。根据iSuppli公布的全球触摸屏市场的最新调查,近几年随着智能手机与平板电脑的全球性的热销,带领整个触摸屏产业爆炸性的成长。电容式触摸屏在2012年超过10亿部之后,2013年预估更上一层楼,将成长至接近16亿部的规模,年成长率高达49%,且电容式触摸屏占据整体市场90%以上的分额,主导整个触摸屏产业的发展。随市场不断扩大,触摸屏的应用产业不仅局限在智能手机与平板电脑,开始渗透至笔记本点脑、一体机电脑、LCD监

3、视器及公共显示屏等凡是带有LCD屏的各种电子产品,但因在各种终端应用产品所被要求的产品规范及可接受的零部件价格不同,触摸屏企业为了满足市场的要求,且确保产业竞争优势,在生产工艺与产品结构投入大量的研发资源,试图开发出同时具有成本、生产工艺、生产效率、产品规格等方面具竞争力的电容式触摸屏,因而延伸出各式各样电容式触摸屏,形成百家争鸣的产业环境。以2012年为基准,在各种电容式触摸屏中市场份额最大的依序为GFF、GG及AMOLEDOCTA三种,合计占了近九成的市场份额,但自2013年开始,这样的市场态势出现明显的变化。拥有三成以上市场份额的GG因厚度与重量方面的缺点,市场份额开始被只使用单片玻璃的

4、G2(OGS)与G1替代,而In-cell与使用单张ITO薄膜的GF1/GF2持续扩大其市场份额。在各种电容式触摸屏中,近期最受到瞩目的非G2(OGS)与G1莫属。G2与G1因将ITO感测层放在保护玻璃上,因此结构上只有一片薄薄的玻璃,在所有外挂式触摸屏当中在厚度上具有绝对的优势。因此近期中国的智能手机企业开始纷纷采用G2或者G1结构的触摸屏,带动触摸屏企业纷纷调整生产设备或投入新设备,加入生产G2与G1电容式触摸屏之行列。本文介绍了电容触摸屏的发展历程和加工工艺。 关键字:触摸屏,电容式触摸屏,发展历程,加工工艺1Abstract Touch-screen, also known as to
