3、发展。仓储作为物流系统中必不可少的一个重要环节，是解决物流各环节不均衡性的重要手段，仓储作业流程是否合理高效将直接影响到一个企业的竞争力。本文主要以顺安公司的仓储中心为研究对象，对该公司现状进行深入调查与分析，具体包括：仓储类型的调查与分析、出入库货量的调查与分析、作业流程的调查与分析、货物分布统计分析、货物包装尺寸的统计与分析与货物储位管理现状分析。在充分的调查分析中发现目前顺安公司仓储作业中存在的问题，并结合仓储作业的流程提出应该解决的问题：如何对作业流程进行改进以提高作业效率，如何选用合适的作业工具来提升作业效率同时节省成本，怎样合理布局，扩大存储面积，怎样对订单进行处理以缩短作业时间，
4、如何对库存进行优化来处理出入库货物受时间影响的不平衡性。基于充分调查分析，提出建立暂存区来全面改善现在仓储作业流程的设想。通过分析得出的详细数据，对不同装卸搬运作业工具的使用进行了成本计算与经济分析，经过比较挑选出了最优方案。结合装卸搬运工具的使用，具体规划建立暂存区后的仓库布局，并对作业流程进行了新的调整。基于对顺安公司仓储作业量随时间变动的不平衡性的分析，提出人员调配的合理方案。结合仓库布局的变动，以及合理的储位管理方法，对货物存储布局提出了合理建议，从而提升仓储作业效率。经过分析与优化，顺安公司的作业流程得到极大改善，作业效率大幅提高，能够满足公司发展的需求。关键词：仓储作业；货物分布；

8、alysis found at the existent problems in the company warehouse, the warehouse operation process and put forward the problems to be solved: how to process to improve work efficiency, how to choose the appropriate tools to improve work efficiency and save cost, reasonable layout, expand the storage ar
9、ea, how to orders for processing in order to shorten the operation time, how to optimize the inventory to deal with unbalanced goods by the influence of time. Based on the full investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward the idea of setting up temporary storage area to improve the current wa
10、rehouse operation process. Through the analysis of the detailed data, the paper carries on the cost calculation and economic analysis to the use of different handling tools. Combined with the use of the loading and unloading tools, the layout of the warehouse after the temporary storage area is esta

13、the development of the company.Key words: Warehousing operation；Cargo distribution；Storage management1 绪 论1.1 研究的背景及意义1.1.1 研究背景随着经济的不断发展和社会化分工不断细化，我国近几年进入物流飞速发展阶段，在跨国运营的市场营销,全球采购的电子商务，渠道覆盖的连锁经营的背景下把物流业提升到史无前例的高度。因此近几年我国物流企业大量涌现，主要是以仓储、配送作业活动为主1。这是由于仓储环节是物流整个活动的重要组成部分，它是物流、信息流、资金集中反映的载体，更重要的是发挥着协调整个
14、物流体系的作用。仓储作业系统能够完成当地一个仓库的精细化操作，在全国范围内还能完成物流业异地多点的管理，不但可以组织货物的存储和出库，还能对仓储作业流程进行电子化操作。因此仓储作业流程的优化对一个专业从事第三方物流业务的仓储货运服务公司的整体作业效率的提高将会起到至关重要的作用2。 顺安物流公司是一家专业从事第三方物流业务的仓储货运服务公司，近年来随着蚌埠经济的不断发展，该公司的业务量不断增大，客户需求方式也从以前单一的形式逐渐向小批量、多批次转变，对于这些变化该公司仍然采用传统的仓储作业方法，因此在仓储方面存在的问题日趋显著，成为阻碍公司提高整体作业能力的主要因素。因而如何改进现有的仓储作业
15、流程，充分利用仓储设施设备和提高仓储作业效率，以致更好地应对一直变化的市场需求、提高客户满意度，已成为公司急需解决的问题。1.1.2 研究目的及意义物流是指物品从供应地向接收地的实体流动过程，是根据实际需要，将运输、储存、装卸、搬运、包装、流通加工、配送、信息处理等基本功能有机结合、优化管理来满足物主要求的过程。仓储是物流的重要组成部分，它是通过仓库对物资进行储存和保管。所谓仓储，是以改变“物”的时间状态为目的的活动，通过仓库或特定的场所对物品进行保管、控制等管理，从克服产需之间的时间差异中获得更好的效用。仓储是伴随着社会产品出现剩余和产品流通的需要而产生的，当产品不能被及时消费，需要专门的场所存放时，就产生了静态的仓储。而将物品存入仓库以及对存在仓库中的物品进行保管、控制、加工、配送等服务，便形成了动态仓储。现代仓储主要研究动态仓储的一系列活动，从而达到促进仓储系统的自动化和现代化进程的目的1。仓储管理是保证仓储活动顺利进行的必要手段。它可以在时间上协调原材
