10、”或“该转让”：指本合同第二条所述甲、乙双方就甲方所持C公司%的股权所进行的转让。“Transfer”or“thetransfer”:thetransferbetweenthepartiesofthe%sharesofCholdingbyPartyAreferredtoinArticleherein.1.1.3“该股权”或“被转让股权”或“该目标股权”或“目标股权”：指依据本合同，甲方向乙方转让C公司%的股权及依该股权所享有的全部权益。“Theshares”,“thetransferredshares”or“thetargetshares”or“targetshares”:the%shares
