1、摘 要随着物联网、大数据、云计算技术在各行业的成熟运用，基于新技术的智慧港口应运而生。智慧化港口建设是增强港口核心竞争力的重要手段，也是降低物流成本、提高物流效率的关键所在。大连港加快建设智慧港口，让港口真正的“智慧”起来，大连港将向第五代港口发展的重要方向，提升港口综合竞争力的重要路径。大连港智慧物流协同平台作为大连港智慧港口建设的重要组成部分，是连接港口码头、场站、船公司、货代、船代、车队系统并集成各方的数据，开展数据交换和物流协同服务的信息网络系统。作为港口与口岸物流企业间的信息中介，除提供核心物流协同服务外，平台还提供信息转换、分发、存证等增值服务，帮助港口物流管理部门实现高效的服务和
2、监管，各类企业方便地开展标准化、电子化、一体化的物流操作，从而达到提升港口服务水平、提高港口物流效率，降低港口物流成本的目的。文章首先介绍了智慧化港口的相关概念及理论，结合大连港现状及物流业务分析，以码头、场站、船公司、货代、船代、车队物流协同业务为主线，分析了智慧物流协同平台的应用在港口物流中举足轻重的作用及信息的交互共享对加快港口物流操作速度、优化港口管理方面的重要性。在简要介绍平台的核心技术及应用方案基础上，分析了本系统平台的系统架构模式。重点阐述了平台的业务模型设计、配套港口内外部环境规划，同时对平台的支撑体系、相关安全技术进行了介绍。本课题初步提供了一个重要的可扩展的物流协同服务平台
3、，实现大连港智慧港口体系物流集疏运信息和物流操作功能的整合。设计了大数据及物流标准体系，可以兼顾智慧港口整体建设的需求。通过搭建大连港智慧物流协同平台，港口物流各节点部门、企业可以提高管理效率，加速各方信息共享融合，提升港口整体服务水平，从而大大改善港口的经营环境，带动港口城市的经济繁荣。关键词：智慧港口；港口物流协同；港口大数据；港口物流标准体系ABSTRACTWith the development of the Internet of things, big data and cloud computing technologies, the smart ports based on n
