1、w18cr4vw18cr4v 高速铣刀性能与热处理工艺分析高速铣刀性能与热处理工艺分析 摘要:摘要:金属材料的热处理工艺设计及实验操作是一种重要的教学环节,通过金 属材料热处理工艺的金相组织分析、性能检测等实验,可以培养学生掌握热处 理实验方法、原理及相关设备,应用热处理的基本原理和一般规律对实验结果 进行分析讨论,有助于学生解决问题、分析问题的能力。本课程设计是在材 料科学基础金属热处理工艺学失效分析金属力学性能等 课程学习的基础上开设的,是理论与实践相结合的重要教学环节。通过该课程 设计,可使学生在综合运用所学专业基础理论和专业知识能力方面得到训练, 学会独立分析问题和解决问题的方法,提高

2、工程意识和工程设计能力。 热处理工艺是整个金属材料工程的一个重要环节,它与工件设计及其它加工工 艺之间存在密切关系。如何实现工件设计时提出的几何形状和加工精度,满足 设计时所要求的多种性能指标,热处理工艺制定的合理与否,有着至关重要的 作用。 现代工业的飞速发展对机械零部件工模具等提出的要求愈来愈高。热处理不 仅对锻造机械加工的顺利进行和保证加工效果起着重要作用,而且在改善或消 除加工后缺陷,提高工件的使用寿命等方面起着重要作用。为获得理想的组织 与性能,保证零件在生产过程中的质量稳定性和使用寿命,就必须从工件的特 点要求和技术条件,认真分析产品在使用过程中的受力状况和可能失效形式, 正确选择

3、材料;再根据生产规模现场条件热处理设备提出几种可行的热处 理方案,最后根据其经济性方便性质量稳定性和便于管理降低成本等因 素,确定出一种最佳方案。 关键词:铣刀;热处理工艺;金属材料 Analysis of Performance and Heat Treatment Technology of W18cr4v High Speed Milling Cutter Abstract: Heat treatment process design and experimental operation of metal materials are an important teaching link.
