2、的实施。重点介绍了系统功能与数据库的设计及 系统的实现过程。对系统结构、系统功能设计的流程做了全面而详尽的阐述，然后针 对系统的各个功能模块做了具体的分析与研究。通过对系统功能及数据流的分析，得 到系统数据库的逻辑结构，并在此基础上完成数据库物理结构的创建，从而实现对各 种信息的查询、更新等操作。 本网站采用了 B/S 体系结构，应用 Microsoft 公司面向网络的编程技术 ASP.NET， 和以 Microsoft Sql Server2005 作为后台数据库管理系统进行开发。企业信息管理系 统将企业管理者从繁琐、无序、低序、低端的工作中解放出来，并从事核心事务，从 而整体提高了企业管理
3、效率和对信息的可控性，降低管理成本，提高执行力，使管理 趋于完善。 本文通过分析国内外人事员档案管理事务处理的发展现状，提出了一种利用 ASP.net 技术进行开发系统的方案，以期达到功能强大，费用低廉，通用性强，适合我 国国情的企业信息管理系统。文中着重论述了该系统的功能与实现、数据流程与存储、 后台管理等。 关键词：自动化，管理系统，ASP.NET，数据库 - - Abstract With information technology, rapid development and increasingly fierce business competition, companies of
