1、摘 要 项目管理作为重要的基础理论在建设企业中运用。但是现在建设企业在项目管理中 还存在着许多问题，尤其是项目成本管理问题，这些问题的存在严重困扰着建设企业的 发展。本研究旨在以南水北调天津干线为例对项目管理理论在建设企业的应用现状及存 在问题进行探讨，并加以分析。本文首先主要介绍了本研究的背景、意义和所用的研究 方法进行了说明，并对本研究所探讨问题的理论背景、理论的研究动态性进行了回顾和 展望。其次，在第二、三、四部分分别从相关理论综述、南水北调天津干线建设项目成 本构成分析与预算、南水北调天津干线建设项目成本管理成功要素分析三个方面进行介 绍。建设企业成本管理的现状要求我们探索一套适合项目
