1、专题十 数词与主谓一致专题导读对于主谓一致的考查，最近几年经常考查的内容有不可数名词以及集体名词的主谓一致问题以及most of， half of, one third of等的主谓一致问题。 技巧点拨： 研读考试大纲上对数词与主谓一致的考查点是解决问题的关键。分析近几年对数词的考查，我们发现，所有的选项没有超出考试大纲，因此，只要我们知道考试大纲所列内容，我们就不会对答案茫然无所知。对于half of以及分数作主语的考查，我们要看后面的名词来确定谓语动词的单复数。真题典例（）1. 2011安徽卷 The factory used 65 percent of the raw materials
2、, the rest of which _ saved for other purposes. Ais Bare Cwas Dwere 【解析】 D句意：这家工厂用了65%的原材料，剩余的被留下来以作其他的用途。考查主谓一致。定语从句的谓语的单复数形式应与其先行词保持一致，此处先行词materials为复数，又由used可知此处应该用一般过去时。（）2. 2011湖南卷 One third of the country _covered with trees and the majority of the citizens_ black people. Ais; are Bis; is Car
3、e; are Dare; is 【解析】 A句意：整个国家的三分之一被森林覆盖，大部分的居民是黑人。one third of the country作主语按单数对待，the majority of the citizens作主语按复数对待，故答案为A。（）3.2010全国卷 Barbara is easy to recognize as shes the only one of the women who _ evening dress. Awear Bwears Chas worn Dhave worn【解析】 B首先the only one of 为先行词时，定语从句修饰的是one，即on
4、e是主语，而非后面的复数women，根据主谓一致的原则，谓语动词应该用单数，排除A、D。另外，从“is”可以看出句子要用一般现在时，排除C，故选B。（）4.2011湖南卷 Listening to loud music at rock concerts_ caused hearing loss in some teenagers. Ais Bare Chas Dhave【解析】 C动名词短语作主语，句子的谓语动词用单数形式，由此排除B、D两项，根据主语与caused的主动关系，排除A项。（）5.2011四川卷 Such poets as Shakespeare_ widely read, of

Aare; are Bis; is Care; is Dis; are【解析】 A主句中的主语应为poets，谓语动词用复数，其后的非限制性定语从句的主语应为some of whose works，谓语动词也应是复数。故选A。新题预测（）1.Have all of you listened to the speech?Yeah.
