1、I 基于基于 GEGE 多层货梯控制器的设计多层货梯控制器的设计 设计总说明书设计总说明书 本设计的目的就在于用 PAC 代替传统的 PLC,充分利用 PAC 的优点和交流变频调速 系统,使货梯的实际运行更加的安全、高效。货梯设计使用可编程自动化控制器(PAC), 功能变化灵活,编程简单,故障少,噪音低,维修保养方便,使货梯运行更加安全、方 便、舒适,而且货梯作为高层建筑物的重要交通工具与人们的工作和生活日益紧密联系。 此设计主要采用了比较法、验证法:比较法主要用在了控制器及变频器的选择上; 验证法主要用在了验证三层货梯控制器设计的可行性上。本设计在分析传统货梯控制系 统和 PAC 特点及性能
2、的基础上,对货梯硬件部分、软件部分进行总体设计,确定了三层 货梯系统的总体结构。由 PAC 来实现货梯信号控制,变频器实现变频调速。在变频器和 PAC 的类型选择时,按照设计任务书的要求,通过各项性能指标等综合考虑,选用了施 耐德 vta61 型变频器和 GE FANUC PAC Systems RX3i 控制器。货梯系统的软件设计采用 模块化编程思想,即在程序设计中,根据三层货梯的运行状况设计了开关门和上下行流 程图,然后通过编程软件 Proficy Machine Edition 编辑了三层货梯的梯形图。设计的 程序完成货梯自动运行功能如:内选层外呼叫的信号登记、消号、到层开门、上下自动
3、运行、合理分配轿厢内指令的执行和厅外召唤的应答,然后对设计好的货梯系统进行模 拟调试。因此, PAC 与调速拖动装置相结合的控制系统,实现了电梯的多种控制功能, 提高了电梯运行的可靠性,降低了故障率,改善了电梯运行的舒适感。 三层货梯控制系统结构简单,可方便的增加或改变控制功能,提高运行的安全性, 并便于检修。在功能方面,可以方便地增加硬件配置和修改层序达到多层货梯的控制。 关键词关键词:PAC;货梯;程序设计;变频调速 II The Design of Multilayer Elevator System Based on GE Design General Description The

5、PAC ), function in a flexible, simple programming, less failure, low noise, convenient repair and maintenance, make goods ladder more safe operation, convenient, comfortable, and goods ladder as an important means of transportation of high-rise buildings and the peoples work and life increasingly cl

This design mainly uses the comparison method, authentication method: comparison method is mainly used in the controller and inverter selection; verification method mainly used in the validation of a three layer elevator controller design is feasible. The design in the analysis of tradi
7、tional elevator control system and PAC characteristics and performance based on the ladder of goods, hardware, software design, identified three layer elevator system structure. By the PAC to achieve Huoti signal control, frequency converter frequency control. In the inverter and PAC type selection,

Goods ladder system software design uses the modular programming ideas, namely, in the

10、: select layer call signal registration, elimination, to open the door, upper and lower layer automatic operation, reasonable distribution of car instruction execution and hall call answering, then the good design of the elevator system simulation debugging. Therefore, PAC and speed regulating drivi
11、ng device combined control system, achieve a variety of control functions, improves the reliability of elevator operation, reduce failure rate, improve the operation of the elevator comfort. Three layer elevator control system has the advantages of simple structure, convenient to add or change contr
