1、 分类号密 级 U D C 编 号 硕士学位论文绩效管理在D企业生产部门的应用研究摘要 随着国内经济的不断发展,以及世界经济全球一体化进程的不断推进,国内的企业面临着市场变化加快、生存环境竞争越来越激烈的状况。在有限的资源条件之下,企业对技术水平、人力资源、资产管理、运营管理能力等方面都提出越来越高的要求。一个企业不仅面临着在目前的市场中保持生存的压力同时面对着在变化越来越快,竞争越来越激烈的未来市场中确保生存的压力,同时企业还要面对在激烈竞争的环境中如何确保员工的业务水平符合现在和将来的要求,以及在激烈竞争的环境中保持员工士气,维持企业员工稳定的压力。如何通过管理创新来提高企业的综合竞争力,

2、真正调动员工的工作的积极性,充分挖掘他们的潜能,如何在企业中建立以战略目标为导向,将企业绩效目标与个人目标有机结合的绩效管理体系,这也就成为了企业面临的急需解决的重大问题。 企业在市场中的竞争,尤其是生产类型的企业,竞争主要是企业经营管理水平的竞争,是企业人才能力的竞争。如何通过企业管理机制的建立来保证企业经营管理方向的正确,如何确保企业文化的正确,如何确保企业执行力的统一和协调,以及如何将企业的战略目标转化为各个部门的具体业务指标,如何将具体的业务指标和员工个人的发展有机的结合是企业所必需面对必须解决的问题。 绩效管理是解决上述问题的主要方法,目前很多企业在运用绩效管理。但是在绩效管理的执行

3、层面尤其是绩效管理从企业中层管理者推进到企业的基层管理人员以及一线生产人员之间存在着相当大的困难。很多中层管理者尤其是业务部门的负责人不能够将本部门的业务指标准确地传达到基层的管理人员和一线的生产人员,或者是说不能够将分解后的业务指标的方向和要求准确地传达给基层的管理人员和一线的生产人员。这样的后果是业务部门的指标不能够很好的达成从而对企业整体的业务指标造成影响。本文所要阐述的是在现代化的生产企业中,如何推进绩效管理的进行。本文首先简单描述了什么是绩效管理,为什么要进行绩效管理,企业进行绩效管理的主要工作。其次,本文重点分析、论述的是在进行绩效管理的过程中,如何通过绩效辅导使得绩效管理真正发挥
