1、昆山市开发区净水厂设计 摘要:该区总体规划近期人口约为20万人,远期有将达30万人,年工业产值为15亿元,远期将达34亿元。开发区发展方向主要是积极发展区东区并向北、向南适当发展。该区设有纺织、轻工、食品、化工、机械电子、建材、服装、皮革等区、乡、镇属工业、企业近200家,其中中外、中港合资企业4家,新开发区已有11家企业投产,正在形成一个新型工区并将成为该区的经济中心。净水厂供水范围主要是解决新开发区的用水。主要包括取水工程与净水工程,主要内容如下:1 用水量计算:编制总用水量计算表,确定设计规模(近、远期);2 给水系统的选择和给水方案的比较:选择水源与取水方式,确定净水厂厂址和净水工艺,

2、提出可行的给水方案并进行比较;3取水工程设计:确定净水厂厂址和净水工艺,提出可行的给水方案并进行方案比较,设计取水构筑物,取水枢纽布置;4净水厂设计:净水构筑物的选择与工艺设计,净水厂总体布置(平面及高程)5泵房设计:确定水泵工况,选择水泵型号及台数,进行泵房工艺布置。随着该开发区经济的迅速发展,人口的大量增加,工业用水及居民生活用水量大幅度提高,现有的供水量已远远不能满足增长的要求,供需矛盾日益突出,同时现有的水厂水源地北环城河受到严重污染,水质恶化,所以水厂的建设迫在眉睫,本工程完成之后,可以大大缓解上述矛盾。关键字: 用水量 工艺设计 方案比较 泵房 管网设计Kunshan Develo
