1、榆电阳光化工工艺改善报告榆电阳光化工工艺改善报告 共 39 页 第 页 装 订 线 1 摘 要 作为一个三高行业，电石行业自从引进国内后，就面临着各种各样的威胁和挑 战，近年来，技术水平的发展带动了电石行业的进步，但同时电石行业的发展仍受 到很大的限制。本设计立足于榆电阳光化工有限责任公司，通过对工艺流程的分析 和优化，对该公司的生产工序进行优化设计，尽量减少搬运和时间和距离；同时结 合该公司的生产实际情况对厂区的布置进行了分析和改善，使得生产流程更加顺畅， 以提高生产效率，降低生产成本。最后结合人因工程对工人的工作环境进行了分析 并提出一定的措施，以达到降低操作工人身体损害的概率。 关键词：
