3、长的贡献率不断递增。20世纪初只有5，四五十年代上升到40左右，到九十年代已高达80，信息高速公路联网后，将提高到90。由此可见，世界经济的竞争越来越成为科学技术的竞争，企业要维持自身的竞争优势，必须持续不断的进行技术创新活动。近几年，我国高新技术企业蓬勃发展，成为国民经济发展中最有活力的部分，高新技术企业在企业技术创新方面做出了突出的贡献，成为我国实现技术创新的最重要的载体，对于我国实施自主创新，创建创新型国家具有重要意义。由于我国高新技术企业起步较晚，发展尚不成熟，加上我国技术创新方面的法律法规和政策不完善，高新技术企业的技术创新动力不足、能力不强，制约了其竞争力的提升。本文从高新技术企业
4、技术创新的相关理论出发，通过中外高新技术企业的研究状况和发展现状的对比分析，总结出我国高新技术企业在技术创新方面存在的差距和不足，并对我国典型的高新技术企业金发科技股份有限公司的技术创新活动展开案例研究，总结出其成功的经验。最后提出了提升我国高新技术企业技术创新活动的一些建议。关键词：高新技术企业技术创新金发科技首都经济贸易人学硕士学位论文我国高新技术企业技术创新研究AbstractWith the arrival of knowledge economy promoting by new technology revolution，the focus of the competition a
