7、.制造厂家通知开证申请人有关货物装运的详细资料传真复印件壹份8. Theseller sCertificateandwaybillcertifyingthatextradocumentshavebeendispatchedaccordingtothecontracttermsbyexpressairmail.卖方有关另外用特快邮寄壹套单据给开证申请人的证明书及邮寄 底单。9. 8、ysaftershipment ， sendbyexpressairmailoneextrasetsoftheaforesaiddocumentsdirectlytotheBuyers.另外，卖方应于货物发运后三天内，用特快专递寄送一套上述的单据给买方。11.SHIPMENT ：TheSellersshallshipthegoodswithintheshipmenttimefromtheportof shipmenttothedestination.Transshipmentisallowed.Partialshipme ntisnotallowed.运输：卖方应于交货期内将合同货物从装货港运

10、ythesellers.装运通知：卖方应于装货后，立即用传真将有关合同号、货物、数量、发票 价值、毛重、运输工具名称、交货日期、货物预计抵达日等资料 通知买方。如果由于卖方未能通知买方而造成的所有损失均由卖 方承担。13. GUARANTEEOFQUALITY ：TheSellersguaranteethattheCommodityhereofismadeofthebestm aterialswithfirstclassworkmanship ， brandnewandunused ， andcompliesinallrespectswiththequalityandspecification
11、stipulatedinthisContract.Theguaranteeperiodshallbe12monthscountingfrom thedateofsigningtheAcceptanceReportofthismachineattheend- userssite.质量保证：卖方保证合同货物采用最好的材料、精湛的做工、全 新、未使用过、质量和技术规格均符合合同的要求。质保期为最 终用户签定验收报告后 12 个月内。14. CLAIMS ：Within90daysafterthearrivalofthegoodsatdestination ， shouldthequality ， s

14、egardsquality ， theSellersshallguaranteethatifwithin12monthsfromthedateofsigni ngtheacceptancereportofthismachine ， damagesoccurinthecourseofoperationbyreasonofinferiorquality badworkmanshiportheuseofinferiormaterials ， theBuyersshallimmediatelynotifytheSellersinwritingandputforward aclaimsupportedb
15、yInspectionCertificateissuedbytheStateAdminis trationforEntry-ExitInspectionandQuarantineofP.R.C.TheCertificatesoissuedsha llbeacceptedasthebaseofaclaim.TheSellers ，inaccordancewiththeBuyersclaimshallberesponsiblefortheimmed iateeliminationofthedefect(s) ， completeorpartialreplacementofthecommodityo
16、rshalldevaluateth ecommodityaccordingtothestateofdefect(s) ， .IftheSellersfailtoan swertheBuyerswithinonemonthafterreceiptoftheaforesaidclaim ， theclaimshallbereckonedashavingbeenacceptedbytheSellers.索赔：货物抵达目的地后 90 天内，如果质量、技术规格或数量发 现与合同的规定不符 (除过保险公司和运输公司的责任所负 )，买方 应该依据中华人民共和国出入境检验检疫局的检验报告或者是卖 方的调试人员在安装调试时出具的报告，
