1、桂林理工大学硕士学位论文论广西对外贸易可持续发展评价与对策姓名：谭雪燕申请学位级别：硕士专业：企业管理指导教师：陈光春20090401桂林理工大学硕士学位论文摘要对外贸易是对外经济发展最重要的组成部分。随着中国加入WTO、东盟自由贸易区的建立以及泛北部湾经济区的建立，广西的对外贸易呈现出前所未有的发展，但是随之而来的也将会有资源的短缺和环境的污染。十七大报告中的科学发展观就是坚持以人为本，全面、协调、可持续的发展。可持续，要求人与自然和谐发展，要处理好经济建设、人口增长与资源利用、生态环境保护的关系。因此，建立一套广西对外贸易可持续发展的评价指标体系并研究相应的对策成为了必要的课题。本文立足于
2、广西对外贸易可持续发展的角度，从规模、结构、效益三个方面分析广西对外贸易发展的现状，并运用SWOT分析归纳出广西对外贸易可持续发展的机遇与挑战。文章从贸易规模、贸易结构、贸易效益、经济效益、技术效益和资源、生态环境效益六个大目标出发，构建出广西对外贸易可持续性发展的指标体系，运用主成分分析法建立综合分析评价模型，对广西对外贸易可持续发展进行了定量分析。论文最后提出了广西对外贸易可持续发展的政策与建议。按上述思路，本文的结构安排如下：第一章：绪论，主要提出本文所做研究的背景、意义，并构建论文的框架，理清写作思路，提出重点和难点所在。第二章：阐述对外贸易可持续发展的理论基础，界定对外贸易可持续发展
3、的内涵，分析可持续发展与国际贸易之间的关系，特别是贸易与环境之间的相互关系。：第三章：从规模、结构、效益三个方面研究广西对外贸易发展的现状，并用刚OT分析了广西对外贸易的可持续发展的优势与劣势。第四章：构建广西对外贸易可持续发展的指标体系，依据所收集数据计算出个指标相关值，对广西外贸可持续发展水平进行纵向评价，总结出广西对外贸易发展的轨迹和趋势。第五章：基于上述章节的分析，对广西对外贸易的可持续发展提出有针对性的政策和建议。关键词：对外贸易可持续发展广西贸易与环境指标体系评价对策桂林理工大学硕士学位论文AbstractForeign trade is the most important pa
