1、全回转式过桥装置Telescopic Gangway车间负荷试验大纲Workshop Load Test Outline江阴黄山船舶配件有限公司JIANGYIN HUANG SHAN MARINE FITTING CO.,LTD2009.12一、总则 General 本大纲规定了新造过桥装置在车间的负荷试验程序及其参数，在设备出厂之前必须完成的项目。This test procedure describes the load test including its parameters to be carried out prior to delivery from HS.二、负荷试验 Load
2、 test1、过桥装置停放于支承架上，将负荷试验的钢索分别与固定过桥末端外部相连接，准备的试验负荷为10吨；Place the gangway in the supporting frame. The load test is carried out with a load of 10 tons connected to a wire on both sides of outer end of inner fixed part of the gangway.2、起升至水平位置并旋转约90，将10吨用水袋或水箱包装的载荷挂在固定过桥下部；The gangway is lifted into ho

4、 neutral position.4、过桥起升后静态停留约3分钟，此时检查起升系统中液压油有无泄漏油现象；Check that there are no leakage in the lifting system while keeping the gangway remained in lifted position for about 3 minutes.5、操作过桥全部收缩，卸载负荷，然后将过桥回转至停放位置，此时观察基架底部焊缝有无产生裂纹；The gangway is to be retracted completely and the load disconnected.
