1、安徽建筑大学毕 业 设 计 (论 文)专 业 09 建筑环境与设备工程（城建） 班 级 1 学生姓名 曹清 学 号 09290130118 课 题 厦门假日酒店空调的设计方案 指导教师 王海涛 2013 年 6 月 12 日.摘 要本工程地处厦门市是一栋集餐厅、办公、宾馆为一体的综合性大楼。该楼的设计高度为 33.5m，建筑面积为 10976.72，空调建筑面积为 6202.24 。该建筑分主楼和裙楼，主楼地上 9 层，第一层层高 3.3 米，二到九层层高 3.2 米。裙楼地上三层，一层层高 4.6 米，二层层高 3.6 米，三层层高 3.2 米，无地下室。裙楼一层为咖啡厅和大厅等，二层为餐厅
2、和一层大堂上空，三层为办公室。主楼一层为办公室和值班室等公共设施用房，二层到八层为标准客房，九层是标准客房和二个商务套房。 根据本建筑的功能特点，选取了风机盘管+独立新风系统空调方式。独立新风+风机盘管，空调方式是由风机盘管承担室内所有冷负荷，而新风负荷由各层新风机组来承担，新风通过新风机组处理到与室内等焓值的状态，直接送入房间。卫生间设置排风系统，机组放置在建筑顶层。走廊设排烟系统。该设计详细介绍了系统方案的确定和该系统的冷负荷的计算、新风量的计算、气流组织的校核、设备的选型、风系统、水系统的水力计算及冷水机房的设计和系统的布置，通风排烟设计。最后本设计还对相应的保温、消声、减振作了简明的介
