3、于被授权方违反协议所造成的损失，授权方将不负任何责任，同时授权方的利益将不受损害。4. 本协议一经签署,在协议的有效期内, 被授权方不得提出解除协议，协议到期时,被授权方如果决定不再续签协议,必须提前至少九十天通知授权方。5. If the Licensor considers that the showing of any parts of programs on BBC World may or is likely to infringe the interests of other parties, it shall be entitled to cut off programs temporarily or
7、 to give notice to the Licensee to take steps to prevent the transmission of such programs.2. The Licensor reserves all rights relating to the BBC World channel which have not been specifically granted to the Licensee. The Licensee shall not tape, copy or transmit programs on the BBC World Channel f
8、or any purpose outside this contract.3. The Licensee agrees that the Licensors shall not bear any liability for nor shall their interest be prejudiced by loss caused by the Licensees breach of this agreement.4. After signature of this agreement the Licensee shall not during its effective period prop
9、ose its termination. If when this agreement expires the Licensee decides not to enter into a further agreement, it shall give at least ninety days notice to the Licensors.5. The BBC World Channel is an encoded satellite channel which needs a special decoder for its reception and transmission. The Li
10、censors agree to supply the Licensee with one special decoder.6. This agreement with its ancillary terms and conditions and schedule form a legally binding contract jointly made between the Licensors and the Licensee. 11、nsee: Title: Title: 附 件一. 为 确 保 新 签 约 收 视 用 户 在 协 议 起 始 日 能 接 收 到 所 需 的 节 目，转 播 授 权 协 议 书 签 订 后， 签 约 方 应 在 三 天 之 内 把 收 视 费 款 及 解 码 器 款 汇 至 授 权 方 指 定 的 帐 户 上。 授 权 方 在 收 到 解 码 器 款 或 见 到 付 款 凭 证 的 传 真 件 后， 应 在 一 周 内 将 解 码 器 送 至 当 地 的 管 理 部 门 或 接 收 单 位。二.
