9、s 1 0 1 This Code is formulated with a view to achieve safe and reliable works advanced technology economy and rationality during the consturction and acceptance of cement mechanical equipment installation 1 0 2 This Code is applicable for the construction and acceptance of mechanical equipment inst
10、allation works in cement plant 1 0 3 The installation of cement mechanical equipment shall include construction and acceptance starting from the opening of equipment packing till the completion of equipment no load test run In case the test run of equipment can only be done with load then the instal
11、lation shall be till the completion of load test run 1 0 4 The construction of cement mechanical equipment installation works shall be in accordance with engineering design When any error is found in the design document or construction drawing during construction feedback and suggestion shall be put
12、 forward and the construction shall comply with the amended engineering design issued by the original design company 1 0 5 The mechanical equipment components and main material to be installed shall be in accordance with the requirements of engineering design and relative product standard and shall
13、be supplied with qualification certificate 1 0 6 The various appliance apparatus instrument and equipment used for weighing and testing during the course of mechanical equipment installation shall comply with the requirements of current relevant national standard and their precision grade shall be i
14、n accordance with the requirements of the tested items The tools adopted for measurement of equipment centerline elevation and levelness shall be used upon confirmation in quality by the measurement authority 1 0 7 The construction and acceptance of cement mechanical equipment installation works sha
