3、ns as the most important factor when begin their careers.However,their behavior is superficial because there are many more important factors need to be considered when choosing a job.Financial gain is an important factor in choosing a career,but not the most. As students in school,we have been told
4、many times that hobbies and interests are the best teachers when we begin new lessons or learn new skills.Similarly,to start a career,we should accord our hobbies and interests of course.Participating in the works we are interested in,it can promote the most ability of us.It is going to be a win-win
5、 situation for us and the employer.On the contrary,if the job is boring and uninteresting,we wont invest enough effort on it.In this situation,even though you earn a lot,you still fell unhappy and work has been a heavy burden for you. In addition to hobbies and interests,we also need to balance our

Besides those factors mentioned above,other factors also need to be considered,including workplace,welfare and personal relationships.Financial gain is an important factor in choosing a career,but it shouldnt be the most one among those mentioned above.We should take overall consideration,not merely financial gains.
