11、ts difficult for me to comment on the worldwide situation, but I can say that here in Spain it has meant that for many people, environmental issues have become less pressing than everyday concerns such as paying the mortgage and keeping ones job. In general I think that people are finding it difficu
12、lt to address environmental issues as the solutions are often quite costly. b.
