14、开发有限公司建设公共服务平台项目，项目位于新洋经济区境内，新华路北、开放大道东侧地块。项目计划总投资5.3亿元，用地面积61,356平方米，用地性质为商办，容积率=1.8，建筑密度=40%，绿化率=20%，规划建筑平方米（其中办公用房面积不大于15%）。项目资金由目标公司自筹。截止2014年11月底，现代物流园公用服务平台项目已经竣工验收，完成98%以上的总投入2、根据盐城市亭湖区发改委于2013年6月3日核发的企业投资项目备案通知书（亭发改审201312号），经审核，盐城现代物流园“公路港”项目符合江苏省企业投资项目备案暂行办法的有关要求，准予备案。本项目建设地点在盐城市新洋经济区境内，建设
15、规模新征用地138,882平方米，规划建筑面积142,000平方米。项目计划总投资6.5亿元。截止到2014年12月15日，根据盐城市天平建设监理有限公司出具的工程进度确认单显示，现代物流园公司委托江苏千和建设工程有限公司承建的盐城现代物流园“公路港”项目一期工程，工程已完成91%工程量。3、上会会计师事务所现场查阅了现代物流园公司受托代建物流园平台项目和公路港项目相关的在建工程及开发成本等相关科目的原始凭证。经核实，截止2014年11月30日，现代物流园公司累计支付关于物流园平台项目工程款为136,994,843.73 元，抽查金额113,308,040.92 元，抽查比例82.71%。累计
