13、害来临时最大限度地减轻灾害造成的损失，旭东社区爱心100社会工作服务站拟制定如下演练实施方案。一、演练目的提高社区居民防灾抗灾自救能力，熟悉逃生路线，达到在发生地震或火灾时，有序、迅速的引导居民安全疏散，确保居民的生命安全。通过安全紧急疏散演习，让居民学到安全防护知识，达到有事不慌、积极应对、自我保护的目的和提高抗击突发事件的应变能力。2、 地震、火灾预设地震发生时间 ：2012年11月29日地 震 级 别 ：6.2级救 灾 地 点 ：旭东社区广场参加人员 ：1.社区居民 2.社区全体工作人员 3.社区老年活动中心全体老人三、演练准备l、社工组织社区居民观看避震防火教育有关内容，提高居民对这些
