To adhere to and further improve the望仙埠小学2014年未成年人思想道德建工作实施方案为贯彻落实2014年全国、全省及我区未成年人思想道德建设会议精神，扎实推进我校未成年人思想道德建设工作，制定如下实施方案。一、总体要求2014年我校未成年人思想道德建设工作总体要求是：深入贯彻落实党的十八大和十八届二中、三中全会及全国、全省未成年人思想道德建设工作电视电话会议精神，紧紧围绕立德树人的根本任务，以培育和
12、践行社会主义核心价值观为主线，以全国未成年人思想道德建设工作测评体系为指导，进一步健全完善学校、家庭、社会三结合的教育网络，广泛开展丰富多彩、形式多样的主题教育实践活动，积极营造有利于未成年人健康成长的社会文化环境，推动我校未成年人思想道德建设工作不断向前发展。二、工作重点开展（一）广泛开展“中国梦”和社会主义核心价值观宣传教育广泛开展“我的中国梦”主题宣传教育活动，加强分类引导，重在人人参与，把“中国梦”和每个孩子的个人梦紧密结合起来，增进未成年人的民族情感和爱国情怀，引导他们自觉把个人成长进步与祖国发展、民族振兴联系在一起。把培育和践行社会主义核心价值观融入国民教育全过程，紧紧围绕“三个倡
13、导”（倡导富强、民主、文明、和谐，倡导自由、平等、公正、法治，倡导爱国、敬业、诚信、友善）的基本内容，针对未成年人的身心特点和成长规律，结合未成年人日常行为规范、思想道德课程安排和相关实践活动，把社会主义核心价值观教育渗透到各科教学和学校管理全过程。创新教育方式手段，利用网络等新兴媒体，采用歌咏、绘画、朗诵、动漫、演讲等未成年人喜闻乐见的形式，开展友善、孝敬、诚信、节俭等中华传统美德教育，循序渐进地增强未成年人对社会主义核心价值观的认知认同。（二）深入开展“做一个有道德的人”主题教育实践活动以爱学习、爱劳动、爱祖国教育为主要内容，以“做一个有道德的人”为主题，广泛开展多种形式的主题教育实践活动
14、。1.开展三项经常活动：开展洒扫应对活动，教会孩子待人接物；开展认星争优活动，引导孩子自我提升；开展日行一善活动，用实践养成道德心。从未成年人基本文明礼仪规范的养成教育入手，认真落实中小学生守则、小学生日常行为规范、中学生日常行为规范，对中小学生进行待人接物和基本生活能力的培养训练，使他们掌握在家庭、校园、公共场所等场所的交往礼仪、行为规范和学习准则，养成文明礼貌的行为习惯和科学文明的生活方式。2.开展四项集中活动：清明节期间组织“网上祭英烈”，“六一”期间组织“做一个有道德的人”网上签名寄语，“七一”期间组织童心向党歌咏活动，“十一”期间组织网上向国旗敬礼。3.开展优秀童谣征集传唱活动。积极
15、组织推荐优秀作品参加各级优秀童谣评选。依托中小学校及各类课外活动阵地，广泛组织未成年人传唱优秀童谣。4.开展经典诵读活动。在未成年人中广泛组织开展“诵中华经典、学道德模范、做有德之人”活动，把诵读活动与教育教学和校园文化建设有机整合，形成富有地方特色、体现整体性、实现常态化的传统文化教育普及活动机制。（三）大力加强未成年人教育阵地建设 1.推进心理辅导站和心理咨询室建设。开展多种形式的心理疏导活动，做到有场所、有制度、有活动、有记录。 2.深化学校道德讲堂建设。结合学校教育教学特点，推进学校道德讲堂、班级道德讲堂建设，探索利用校园广播、校园网开展道德讲堂活动。 （四）完善学校、家庭、社会三结合
16、的未成年人教育网络1充分发挥学校德育的龙头作用。学校要运用各种德育资源，促进德育、智育、体育、美育有机融合。实施师德师风建设，进一步引导教师以人格魅力和学识魅力教育感染学生。发挥好家长委员会的作用，把德育工作主动向社区辐射、向家庭延伸。2发挥家庭教育的基础作用。改进家长教育的方式，落实每学年不少于8课时的家庭教育课程。加强家长委员会建设，成立中小学家长委员会联合会。3关爱未成年人特殊群体。深化育人为本基本制度建设，对孤儿学生、留守儿童、单亲家庭学生、家庭经济困难学生、进城务工人员子女等特殊群体学生逐一建立档案，采取针对性措施，做到持续关注、特别关爱。（五）优化未成年人成长的社会文化生态1大力净化社会文化环境。组织开展社会文化环境综合整治行动，坚持不懈抓好网络、手机、荧屏、声频净化和网吧、校园周边环境治理，改善未成年人成长环境。营造有利于未成年人健康成长的良好社会文化环境。三、工作要求（一）高度重视，抓好落实。 学校以少先队为龙头，
