3、纽或设施的正常运转和工程能 发挥多大的效益 水电站钢结构工程技术含量高 设计 制作 安装要求严格精确 施工涉及的人员多 设施多 环境复杂 一旦发生质量事故 将会造成巨大的人员伤 亡和财产损失 因此 对钢结构施工质量进行控制 建立钢结构工程质量控制体系非 常重要 水电钢结构工程施工质量控制的主要内容是技术标准和管理标准 施工人员 的工作质量 原材料的质量 机械设备的质量 施工方法 施工环境 完善的质量保 证体系和质量控制措施 对施工质量目标的达成至关重要 在工程中应用全面质量和 项目管理理论 是一条有效的质量控制途径 本文介绍了水电钢结构质量管理研究的背景和意义 国内外工程施工质量管理的 研究进
4、展 质量管理理论的内容和控制方法 针对水电钢结构施工特点 分析影响水 电钢结构施工质量的因素及关键工序 找到控制施工质量的方法 以笔者在龙开口水 电钢结构工程中的施工实践 阐述了水电钢结构施工阶段的质量管理过程 并应用全 面质量和项目管理理论于施工实践中 从计划 实施 检查 处置全过程进行了管理 通过有效的质量控制 达到了质量管理目标 关键词 水电站 钢结构 施工质量 控制 ABSTRACT Hydropower station project quality is related to the investment beneft solial beneft and environmental
