11、2年节能环保工作总结及2013年工作计划为了全面贯彻科学发观，认真做好“十二五”节能环保工作，完成“十二五”节能环保目标任务。我公司强化措施、狠抓落实，全过程、全方位地抓好节能环保工作。先将我公司节能环保工作总结及计划汇报如下：一、2012年节能环保工作总结目前，我公怀正处于工程基础建设阶段，十分重视节能环保工作，加强了工程设计优化工作和建设过程中的节能管理、施工质量控制和调试管理。坚决杜绝新投机组二次改造，确保新机组厂用电率达标投产。1、加强领导，完善机制我公司成立了以总经理为节能环保工作第一责任人、各部门主管为成员的节能环保领导小组，制定了年度节能减排工作措施、节能减排工作方案、节能环保管

14、能管理（1）厉行节约用、节约用水，无论是生活、办公还是施工，我公司都要求各施工单位从节约每度电、每一滴水做起，堵塞浪费漏洞，加强用电设备管理，使用电脑、打印机等办公自动化设备时尽量减少待机时间，要求全体员工养成随手关灯、关水、关电脑、关电源的良好习惯。办公室、院内的节电节水管理也实行了上班时间办公人员负责制，下班时间值班人员检查管理制，杜绝了漏水、漏电现象的发生。（2）严格控制办公服务器消耗，充分发挥办公自动化优势，有效利用电子公文传输系统收发和办理文件，严格控制纸张文件印刷数量，尽量在电子媒介上修改文稿，减少出清样次数，办公用纸双面打印或重复利用，划拨文件一律使用单面废弃纸张起草。3）积极督
15、促各施工单位使用低能耗，节约能源，降低施工成本。4）减少生活垃圾，要求各施工单位生活中不使用一次性用品，实现重复利用，减少对环境的污染。6、加强施工质量控制和调试管理我公司制定了质量管理制度，每个施工项目均安排有专人负责，必要时执行旁站制度，严把施工质量关，要求对实现节能环保功能的设施和设备，按照国家优质工程标准进行验收。坚决杜绝新投机组二次改造。（二）节能环保工作存在的问题：仍然存在认识不到位、机构不健全等问题，节能环保管理还比较薄弱，节能考核体系不够完善。我们在今后的工作中要继续加大对节能环保工作的宣传力度，通过开展形式多样、内容丰富的节能环保宣传活动，努力营造深厚的节能环保氛围，不断提高
