3、承包商正在不断地进入中国市场，同时也有越来越多的国内承包商向海外扩张业务，因此，按照国际惯例进行的招投标方式被运用的越来越广泛。本毕业设计以国内的建筑项目为背景，模拟了国际工程投标文件的编制过程。该设计分为三部分，13 章是第一部分，为技术标的编制；第 4 章为第二部分，该章为工程量清单的编制；56 章是第三部分，为投标报价。通过对这三部分内容的编制，主要研究了国际工程投标文件编制的程序、标价的计算、投标策略及投标价分析等内容。国际工程投标是一项非常繁杂的工作，它不但要求编制人员具有扎实的基础知识，更要结合工程所在地的实际情况，以计算出合理的标价来提高竞争力。除此之外，还要制定合理的投标策略以

With the opening of Chinese market and the development of construction industry, more and more foreign contractors are targeting China as their second market, meanwhile, there are also more and more domestic contractors expanding their business abroad. Thus, bidding in international common
6、practice is becoming more and more popular.This graduation project simulates the preparation of bidding document in the context of an international construction project set in China. Section one, which is the preparation of technical bid, comprises of chapter one to three; chapter four, also section
7、 two, is the bill of quantity; section three is the commercial part of the bidding document, which is formed by chapter five and six. Through the preparation of these three parts, I studied the preparation process of bidding document for international construction project, the calculation of bid pri
8、ce, bidding strategy and bid price analysis, etc. Bidding for international construction project is a very complicated process, which not only requires sound professional knowledge, but also the consideration of the local situation to come up with a rational bid price. In addition, a well developed
