6、洁规则：A.TheM&Econtractorwillberesponsibleforenforcementofcleanroomprotocol.Hewillmakedailyinspectionsoftheareaandfillouttheattachedinspectionchecklist.TheM&Econtractorisresponsibleforprovidingcleanroomsupplies,suchasdisposableshoecovers,wipes,tackymatsandsmocks.Hewillalsoprovidepersonnelandequipmentto
7、dothedailycleansoutlinedinthisprocedure.A.机电安装承包商负责执行洁净厂房的工作程序；应做好每日的工作区检查并记录在所附的检查清单里。机电安装承包商负责提供洁净区所需物资。如：一次性使用的鞋套，头套，擦布，带粘性的进门地垫。它还负责提供清洁所需的人力和清洁工具。B.TheM&Econtractorwillsetupentranceareasandcontrol.Hewillprovideshoecleanersandracksforouterwearanddisposableclothingateachentrance.Hewillprovidetrai
8、ninginthisprocedureforallpersonnelwhoneedtoworkinthearea,andmaintainabadgeidentificationsystemforthosewhoareauthorizedtoworkinthearea.B.机电承包商将确定洁净区入口和负责入口的管理；负责提供每个出入口的鞋子清洁机，洁净服衣柜和衣架等；负责进出洁净区人员工作程序的培训和负责进出洁净区人员佩戴的工作牌进行管理。C.Startingwithlevelone,TheM&Econtractorwillstationapersonateachentrancetomakesu

10、作应在室外进行。若必须在室内进行，则应满足下列条件：- 确保有足够的排气、排烟能力- 确保清除所有的加工碎片、焊接溅泼和煤烟A.Controlofpre-fabricationandhotwork.Pre-fabricationandhotworksuchasweldingshallbecarriedoutsideoftheareawherepossible.Wherehotworkneedtobecarriedoutinside,thefollowingshallbeprovided:- Toensuresufficientventilationoffumesandexhaust.- Toe
11、nsurecleanupofallfabricationdebris,weldsplatterandsootdeposits.B. 提供适当的换气和通风。机械与电气承包方应为喷漆、使用溶剂和其它需要良好通风环境的工作提供所需的通风设施。在施工期间，如果业主和项目经理认为确有必要，机械与电气承包方应提供额外的通风扇。B. 12、ntractor.TheM&EContractorshallprovidesupplementaryventilationfansduringconstructionifitisdeemednecessarybytheClientandProjectManager.C. 清洁控制机械与电气承包方应执行下列清洁控制规则:- 控制鞋子带来的泥土。- 控制施工期间灰尘和烟尘污染。- 控制施工期间水污染。- 控制施工期间任何其它形式的污染。C.
