10、l ProvisionsArticle 1 For the purpose of guaranteeing the safety and health of the working people, and the safe performance of the electric system and the equipments of electricity generation and distribution, by integrating the practical experience of the electricity production in many years, this
11、regulation has been drawn out.Every leader and cadre and electric worker of every unit must abide by this regulation strictly.Article 2 Everybody is responsible for working safety. The leaders of all levels must set themselves examples to others, bringing the multiple into play and relying on the multiple completely; and exert the role of safety supervision institutions and the safety organizations of the multiple, so that to supervise the carrying out and performance of this regulation.Article 3 This regulation is applicable to all of the people (including
