1、产学研合作论文:产学研合作研究生培养模式实现方式多样化研究【中文摘要】产学研合作研究生培养模式,是将研究生培养、课题研究和产业需要结合于一体进行研究生培养的模式。为了解决研究生招生规模迅速扩大与教育资源缓慢增长之间的矛盾,提高研究生的社会适应性,更好的为地方经济建设服务,增强我国的科技竞争力,实现科教兴国的目标,产学研合作培养模式在我国研究生教育领域得到广泛运用和大力推广。如何优化与完善现有的产学研合作研究生培养模式,使其类型不断丰富和多元,满足中国特色社会主义现代化建设对各种高层次人才的需求,成为摆在研究生教育工作者面前一个十分现实而重要的研究课题。本研究试图在这些方面作些尝试。文章基于战略

2、管理理论,采用调查研究、文献研究、比较研究和行动研究相结合的方法,对国内外产学研合作研究生培养模式的多样化发展进行了回顾与总结,并以广西师范大学生物学学科为例,对产学研合作培养研究生的现状进行了实地调研,在此基础上提出实现我国产学研合作研究生培养模式多样化的对策。具体来说:一、对我国产学研合作研究生培养模式进行了详细考察,认为在其多样化发展历程中存在以下几个问题:政府未能发挥应有的主导作用,企业的主体地位表现不够明显,高校的产学研合作机制不健全,中介机构的服务意识比较淡薄。二、以广西师大生物学学科为例,对产学研合作培养研究生的情况进行了实地调研,认为影响产学研合作研究生培养模式多样化发展的原因

3、主要为:合作理念不够先进,合作目标不够明确,交流互动不够频繁,资源不能充分共享,合作影响不够深远。三、提出了实现我国产学研合作研究生培养模式多样化的对策。论文从宏观、中观和微观三个层面进行了探讨,认为从宏观层面应该明确国家支持产学研合作的目标导向,建立健全产学研合作的法律保障体系并设立专项资金对产学研合作给予扶植;中观层面应促进高校、科研院所建立高效的合作机制,激励企业成为真正意义上的技术创新主体,重视中介机构服务产学研合作的桥梁作用;微观层面应发挥管理者在产学研中的协调力,加强导师在产学研合作中的指导作用,挖掘研究生参与产学研合作的内动力。【英文摘要】The postgraduate tra

But how to optimize and improve the existing model, and to make its type constantly enrich and multivariate to meet the demand of high-level talents in Chinese Characteristic Socialism Modernization, is becoming a very real and important research subject in front of the graduate education

This research will make some attempt in these aspects.The research is based on strategic management theory, which is based on the combination of strategic management theories, Survey method, the literature research, comparative research and action research.it has reviewed and summarized th

8、e diversification development of domestic and foreign postgraduate training mode of production-study-research cooperation, taking biology discipline of Guangxi Normal University as an example, the paper has a spot-investigation on the present situation of the cooperative mode uses to raise its gradu

9、ate students. Based on this research it proposes a strategy aiming to achieve the diversification of postgraduate training mode of production-study-research cooperation. Specifically speaking, after a detailed investigation on the graduate training mode of production-study-research cooperation of ou

10、r country, I think there are several problems in its diversification development process:the government has not been able to play the proper leading role, enterprises performance of dominant position is not very obvious, the universitys production-study-research cooperation mechanism is not perfect,

11、 and the intermediarys service consciousness is relatively weak. Taking biology discipline of Guangxi Normal University as an example, it has a spot-investigation on the present situation of the cooperative mode uses to raise its graduate students. I think the main reasons of impacting the diversifi

12、cation development of postgraduate training mode of production-study-research cooperation are:the cooperation idea is not very advanced, the cooperation goal is not very explicit, the exchange interaction is not very frequent, the resources can not be fully shared, and the cooperation influence is n

13、ot very profound. It proposes a strategy to realize diversification of postgraduate training mode of production-study-research cooperation. The paper discusses it from the macroscopic, the intermediate and the microscopic perspective. From the macroscopic perspective it thinks that it should be clea

14、r about the goal guidance of the country supporting the production-study-research cooperation, establish and improve legal protection system for production-study-research cooperation and establish a special fund to provide support for it. From the intermediate perspective, it thinks that we should p

15、romote the universities and research institutes to establish effective cooperative mechanisms, encourage enterprises to become a real main body of technological innovation and pay attention to intermediarys bridge role of serving production-study-research cooperation. From the microscopic perspectiv
