3、说，主要的任务是以“建设一强三优现代电网公司”为远大战略目标。坚定不移的继续对电力企业进行改革，促进电力企业的深入化发展，这样做是具有历史意义的，我们需要在当前社会中引进先进的管理系统，用引进的系统结合其先进的理念来协助我们管理企业。ERP满足了提升我国国家电网企业经营管理的不同需要，因为它是新型先进的信息管理系统和管理理念的结合体。 本文主要通过收集大量相关资料，以ERP系统概念、优点、核心思想及其管理、建设实施理论为基础，结合国家电网全面实行ERP系统上线的背景，分析电力企业建设ERP系统的必要性。并提出了推行标准化统一管理；实现精细化过程控制；提升集约化管控能力；建设信息化支持系统等四大
4、目标。从设备管理，项目管理，用户管理，项目筹划和预售管理，风险控制管理等五大模块分析了电力企业现有环境与ERP系统运行环境的差异，并逐一提出了建设方案。在深入研究的基础上，结合电力企业实际，设计了ERP管理系统，它的全面运行必将提高电力企业的核心竞争力，带来巨大经济利益与社会效益，也为其他企业ERP建设提供了参考与经验。关键词：ERP；系统设计；竞争力；效益Abstract Current society is an era of rapid development of information technology, enterprise management and operation s

For todays enterprises, especially electricity, APPLIED ERP system earlier was no longer strange, it is as important measures to in
6、crease enterprise management standard, and enhance the core competitive power, it has become a required course for business leaders. In order to power companies, building a strong three excellent modern grid company strategic objective long way to go. Deepening power conglomerate operation, intensiv
7、e development, change management concept of refinement. We need to have a world-leading level, scientific and effective management of enterprise-wide information systems to support our management. ERP as a new management ideas and a combination of advanced information management system, upgrade the
8、power grid to meet the needs of enterprise management level. In this paper, through the collection of a large number of relevant information to the ERP system concept, advantages, the core idea of its management, construction and implementation of theory, combined with the national grid on the full
9、implementation of ERP system on-line context, the necessity of the construction of electric power enterprise ERP system analysis. And proposes the implementation of standardized unified management； the four goals of building information support systems； to achieve fine control process； enhance the a

From equipment management, project management, user management, project planning and pre-sale management, risk control and management module analyzes the differences between the five power enterprises ERP system existing environment and operational environment, and each
