1、华中科技大学硕士学位论文数字电视资讯平台数据库的设计与实现姓名：张晓波申请学位级别：硕士专业：微电子学与固体电子学指导教师：刘卫忠20050501摘要随着社会文化 经济的不断发展 同时伴随着多媒体技术 通信技术以及软件和硬件技术的不断发展 单纯的模拟电视节目已经很难满足广大观众们的需要了 人们希望按照自己的要求来获取更多节目源 以及通过电视能够实现原来只有其它的产品才能够完成的功能 这个时候数字电视就孕育而生了 其中数字电视的增值业务就是数字电视的亮点在这样的情况下数字电视的数据广播系统就孕育而生了数据广播系统的重点在于开发各种具体的 详细的 实用的 新颖的 面向用户的具体业务 从整个系统的功
2、能描述来看 可以分为系统服务器端和客户端 服务器端 或前端 的主要功能是完成数据的录入和播发 客户端 或终端 的功能则是信息呈现 从实际上讲数据广播的前端系统的各个操作流程始终是围绕着数据库这一中心环节而展开本文主要介绍了数据广播系统中的系统流程基于 DVB(Digital Video Broadcast)系统的数据库操作过程及关键技术DVB 数据广播的信息可以来自互联网股票交易所 在线商店等数据源 也可以按照开发互联网网站的方法编选自有节目 不论数据来源的多样化 最终必将进入数据库这一容器中 以待前端操作人员的调度 所以在本论文中首先介绍了数据广播的技术概述 资讯平台的实现方案及意义 数据库
3、技术在资讯平台中的运用及意义 接着以资讯平台的实际开发中的两个具有代表性的业务新闻与交通为例详细说明了数据库的设计与实现方案所以本文从实用的角度出发研究在机顶盒数据广播资讯服务中的数据库实现 并依此对该系统的基于 DVB-C 的实现方案做出讨论与展望关键词 数字电视DVB 资讯平台 数据库系统IAbstractWith the constant development of the social cultureeconomyand at the same timewith the multimedia technologythe constant development of communic

11、DVB-C of thissystem and the prospect.Keywords: digital TV DVBinformation platformIIdatabase system1 绪 论电视是我们了解外界 获取信息的最重要的工具 在日常生活和经济建设中发挥了极其重要的独特作用 广播电视的发展趋势将是数字化 网络化和信息化 数字多媒体技术的发展日新月异 在逐渐改变着人们的生活方式 人们追求更快的信息交换速度 更高的视觉享受 更便捷的服务 更多的信息 这就为有线宽带网带来千载难遇的发展机会和产业动力也推动了电视信息的数字化同时电信网和计算机网获得了超乎人们想象的巨大发展 电视领
12、域也发生了一系列的变化 在电视节目服务方面已有很大一部分实现了数字化处理 电视系统的这一全面数字化过程具有三个显著特点1其中之一就是最终形成电视电话和计算机三网合一的综合数字业务网 原本是完全不同的媒体的电视广播 电话和计算机数据通信 在全部数字化后都使用同一符号 0”和 1” 只不过它们的速率及协议不同而已 人们可以把信号组合在一起 通过一个双向宽带网送到每个家庭 显而易见数字电视的市场有着巨大的增长潜力 全球的互动式数字电视业务正在各地迅速普及 尤其是我国结合国内实际推出的电视信号节目的数字化的三步走方案 即2005年实现大城市 省会及直辖市 电视节目的数字化播发 2010年实现中等城镇的
13、节目数字化同时限制部分模拟节目的播发 2015年在国内全面实现电视节目的数字化同时停闭模拟电视节目信号 这些措施将极大的推动我国数字电视产业的发展 但在发展数字电视的过程 不可否认的是目前我国还有很长的路程需要我们继续探讨与摸索 其中如何丰富数字电视节目源就是摆在节目提供商面前的一个重要难题 下面 我将结合我国数字电视项目的研究内容 具体谈一下本论文的研究背景 目的 结果以及项目相关的开发成果让读者对于数字电视的业务有一个比较清晰的了解1.1 研究背景电视技术 经历着从黑白电视到彩色电视的发展过程 今天 电视使用范围早已超越了广播娱乐界 并深深地扩展到文化教育 科研管理 工矿企业 医疗卫生 公1
