3、管理是企业技术创新的源泉，是企业管理创新的推动力，是企业获得长期竞争优势的有效保障。因此，越来越多的企业开始重视知识管理与企业创新之间的相互关系及作用机制。本文以知识管理对企业创新能力的作用原理为基础，采用文献回顾、问卷调查和实证研究相结合的思路，通过 SPSS、Amos 等统计软件分析调查数据，找出影响企业创新能力的关键因素，从而实现企业知识管理水平的提高和企业创新能力的增强。本文的主要工作和研究结论如下：1、通过借鉴相关文献，对知识管理的具体内容进行了重新定义，构建了一套比较完整的企业知识管理理论体系，将知识管理分为知识管理流程、知识管理中的软件支持和硬件支持。最后，提出影响企业创新能力的
4、理论模型。2、根据影响企业创新能力的理论模型，建立调查问卷，并提出相关研究假设。然后利用 SPSS 软件和 Amos 软件中的因子分析功能对知识管理理论模型的相关量表进行了验证分析，将部分问题指标予以删除，确保研究数据的有效性和准确性。3、利用Amos软件中的结构方程模型分析法研究知识管理与企业创新能力间的作用机制，结构方程模型的研究结果显示，除去极少数的作用路径，知识管理能力与企业创新能力的大多数维度都是显著正相关的。综上所述，本文采用理论研究结合实证分析的方法研究知识管理能力与企业创新能力的影响机制，较为全面地阐释了二者间的作用关系，对企业知识管理体系研究体系进行了有效的补充和完善。关键词

6、rises to keep sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, more and moreenterprises begin to pay attention to the relationship between knowledge management andenterprise innovation. This paper takes the theories analysis, the background analysis and thesubstantial evidence analysis to together. In
7、order to find the critical factors affectingenterprise innovation, the research uses spreadsheet and statistical software packages toanalyze financial data.The main work and achievements:1. We construct a set of knowledge management strategy index system by reviewing therelated literatures. This pap
8、er eonsiders that knowledge management capacity includesknowledge process capacity，hard capacity and soft capacity. Then, we put forward a modelon relationship between the knowledge management and enterprise innovation.2. We carry on empirical research by designing questionnaire and proposing hypoth
9、esis.Based on the efforts, we make investigation in some enterprises and analyze questionnaireswith SPSS and Amos.3. We establish a Structural Equation Model to find out the relationship betweenknowledge management and enterprise innovation. And then the concluctions show that: threetypes of knowled
10、ge management have signifieant positive correlations with enterpriseperformance.In summary, we establish the interaction of knowledge management and enterpriseinnovation of empirical analysis together with theory deductions.
