2、的，还是学的不够好的，没有学到的，都让我知道了，现在我的能力还远远不够，还的不断的学习，不断的提升自己的能力，这样才能有效地适应现在的工作。虽然我现在所从事的职业和在学校所学习的知识，两者的关联不是很强大，但是通过了在学校的学习，让我知道了，如何去适应，如何来弥补这方面知识与能力的不足，努力地提高自我学习的能力。 刚开始进公司的时候，看见这里的工作，感觉并不是那么难，而且还很简单。可是经过这么几个月的磨砺后，发现、做事情，并不是这样的容易，虽然每件事都是那么的小，可是要把它做好，不出错误，也是一件不易的事。当你做的事做足够多的时候，出错的概率也就越大了。每当自己的想法和现实的产生冲突的时候，又
3、该如何调剂。其实在这里工作，有一件事，让我感觉非常的不错，那就是这公司的人文关怀。这里的人都非常的质朴、勤劳，也就是哪个年代经历过来的人，有着那种大公无私的精神。在这里的所闻所见，并没有像新闻、报刊那样的糟糕。也许这就是一个企业的文化所在吧。现在公司正处于自我革新时期，引进一种新的管理理念“精益”。如何让公司进一步的做大做强，做到精益求精，如何让公司更好地适应社会。 通过这次在公司的实习，让我体会最深的是，公司的发展靠的是全体员工的努力，优秀的管理制度，一步一步的去完善，去改进，去实现，并不是一蹴而就的，反而我们现在的人生之路，也是这样，是脚踏实地一步一步去完成自己的理想。从理念的转变到实际的
