1、独立式老年人公寓建筑计划及总体规划设计研究西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 独立式老年人公寓建筑计划及总体规划设计研究 专 业：建筑设计及其理论 硕 士 生：陈演生 指导教师：李志民教 授 王芙蓉副教授 摘 要 人口老龄化成为国际社会发展的必然趋势，老龄化问题已成为当前关系到国家稳定和社会和谐发展的重要因素之一。我国老年人口基数大，老年人发展速度快和长期计划生育政策影响，传统的居家养老模式已经不能完全满足目前养老需求。养老公寓作为养老机构的重要组成部分将为解决老年人生活、疗养、康复等问题发挥重大作用。所以对老年公寓进行相关研究就很有现实意义。 本课题紧密结合国内老年公寓研究和实践需求，在国内老年公
2、寓调研分析的基础上，采用建筑计划学的研究方法对老年人的实际生活空间进行分析和研究，得出老年人生活行为变化引起的相对应的空间需求变化，将空间需求变化转化为相对应的空间设计，进一步探讨老年公寓的建设和规划模式，最后总结了老年公寓的建筑计划和规划设计的各项内容和措施。本课题在研究内容方面着重讲述以下4点： 1.对老年人的相关理论和国外老年公寓的建设特点及模式进行整理归纳，作为研究老年公寓的初步认识，奠定了研究基础。 2.研究国内老年公寓的规模、分布模式和使用特点，老年公寓的使用情况，总结老年人对老年公寓的基地环境选择。然后得出老年公寓的不同建设规模的划分和分类模式，以及城市不同空间下对老年公寓的建设
3、选择和空间配置。 3.从老年公寓的服务和使用对象出发，研究老年公寓的使用人群需求的变化引起的空间相对应的变化，得出适合老年人需求的居住空间设计和配套使用设施设计。在老年公寓居住空间和配套使用设施研究基础上得出老年公寓的基本空间组织模式和规划空间结构。 4.对老年公寓的实际项目进行初次设计和二次思考，运用研究成果对原项目设计进行评价，然后用老年公寓实际工程项目的再思考来承托研究成果。 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 本课题研究立足国情，研究老年公寓的建筑计划和规划设计，丰富了我国的老年建筑的研究体系，拓展了老年公寓的研究内容。最后以实际项目来展示课题研究的成果，以更加直观的方式给老年公寓项目的决策

In our country, because of the large basic number of the aging population, the rapid growth of the elderly and the ef

As the very important part of the pension institution, the elderly apartment for the aged will play an important role in solving the problems of living, convalescence, rehabilitati
7、on and other issues of the aged. So, the research of the elderly apartment is deeply significant. This project closely relate to the actual needs of research and practice in the elderly apartment of our country. It is on the basis of the survey and analysis on the domestic elderly apartments, using
8、the research methods of architectural plan to analyze the actual living space for the aged，and deriving the corresponding changes of the space requirements caused by the behavioral changes of the aged. Then transform the space requirements into the corresponding space design, explore the building of
9、 the elderly apartment and the planning model in the following up, and finally conclude the contents and measures for the architectural plan and plan design of the elderly apartment. The contents of this project focus on the following 4 points: 1. Make a summarization of the theory of the elderly an

Researching on the size, distribution pattern and usage characteristics of the elderly apartment, and the actual usage of the
11、elderly apartments, summed up the way of choosing the site of the elderly apartment. On this basis, conclude the different models of division and classification of construction scale, and the different spatial selection and spatial configuration of the building in different urban space. 3. From the
12、6view of service and use objects of the elderly apartments, research the corresponding space changes caused by the changes of the using people, obtain the design method of living space and supporting facilities that suitable for the requirements of the aged. On this research basis, conclude the basi
13、c spatial pattern of the spatial structure and planning for the elderly apartments. 4. Make a prime design and re-thinking of the actual elderly apartment project. Use the research results to evaluate the original design, and then let the re-thinking of the actual elderly apartment project support t
14、he research results. This project is based on our national conditions. The research on the architectural plan and planning design enrich the study system of elderly buildings in our country, and expand the content of elderly apartment. Finally, use the actual project to demonstrate the research resu
15、lts, so as to provide reference for policy makers and designers in an intuitive way in the elderly apartment project.
