As Harding gained confidence, he decided to compete in a tournament, hoping that a win would help him out of trouble.During the match, however,the worst thing happened: Harding tore his ACL (前交叉韧带

12、drove me to weigh close to 300 pounds.” he says.Without the benefit of his training,Harding began to worry about the effects of his poor diet. “I felt so depressed, and I was bound to get super fat again, he says. Thankfully.he mentioned this to a close friend who had recently started lifting again.

13、 “He told me, Hey, we can still train your upper body, so come to the gym. I started lifting again. ”Although the new workout proved challenging,Harding fell into a training routine again.The other change happened in the kitchen: Harding cut back on a lot of his favorite foods, including bread, suga

14、r and dairy, all of which were contributing significantly to his inability to lose weight.
