10、要教师的心理健康问题，直接影响教师职业效能，维护和增进教师的心理健康是学校管理中的一项迫切任务。笔者对山西省实验中学教师的心理健康进行调查，研究作为省级重点中学教师的心理健康问题。 本文的研究对象为山西省实验中学在职教师。研究工具为临床症状自评量表，简称 SCL-90 量表。为保证所得数据的客观性，调查对象排除了校龄低于一年的在职教师，即排除了2008年新分配入校的应届高校毕业生和2008年后调入山西省实验中学的教师。共发放量表151份，收回139份，其中有效量表134份。在使用 SCL-90 量表对被检者进行测查的同时，为了了解与山西省实验中学不同特征教师群体的心理健康有关的一些情况，作者同时设计了含六个问题的辅助调查表进行了问卷调查。量表在2008年9月发出，完成和收回量表共耗时两周左右，全部量表采取不记名调查方式，由教师本人独立完成。量表数据用SPSS软件分析。本次调查结果显示，山西省实验中学教师SCL-90量表的测试结果与全国常模比较，除人际关系敏感因子得分低于全国常模以外，其余因子得分均高于全国
