9、QUIREMENTS Starting up of REGEN Drive Sky I system should be performed by authorized personal only The mechanical assembly works of the hoistway and the cab as well as the electrical installation in the hoistway and controller have to be finished to ensure successful inspection run The encoder has t
10、o be mounted at the machine and properly connected to the drive The electrical connections have to be completely installed and checked 2 PRELIMINARY CHECKS 2 1 Check of safety conditions Condition one The mechanical construction must be completed to a safe operation level Condition two Before starti
11、ng take into consideration WWJSSS Lockout Tagout Procedures 2 2 Prepare for safe measurements Ensure that the main switch is switched off and switch to ERO mode Measure the line voltage between L1 L2 and L3 in controller TB1 no voltage should be measured Check the DSBD shunt connect 4T with 6T 2 3 C

14、cable skin and use clamps to fasten shield layer of the power cable Third check the motor wiring to make sure the shield properly connected on both ends of the cable Attention must put the shield layer out of cable skin and use clamps to fasten shield layer of the power cable 2 4 Insulation resistor
15、 check Disconnect the connection of HL1 to PE and HL2 to PE The resistance values have to be checked with multimeter from PE to HL1 0 5M from PE to HL2 0 5M from PE to the line terminals L1 L3 0 5M from PE to the motor terminals U1 W1 0 5M Put in the HL1 HL2 PE connection again 2 5 Voltage check Che
16、ck the power lines Switch on the main switch OCB and check the line input voltage 380VAC Switch on the fuse F1C controller and c heck the power supplies according to the diagram in TRF1 Check the remote serial link voltage Disconnect the connections of 1H and 1C Switch on the F6C controller and check the Voltage 1H 5 27 36VDC and 1C 4 27 36VDC Put in the 1H and 1C connections again Check the safety line Every safety switch has to be consecutively checked for its faultless functioning and the cor
