2、题。本文在个案调研和查阅大量招投标相关资料的基础上，系统地分析工程项目招投标中存在的不平等问题及其原因，尝试性提出解决招投标过程中不平等问题的具体措施，为招投标的健康发展提供理论支持和参考。 关键词 工程项目 招投标 不平等问题 探讨II Abstract Bidding system as the main form of engineering contracting, It uses market competition mechanism, with an open, fair and just principles, make design units, construction u

On the basis of case research and access to relevant information of bidding, this paper systematically analyze the inequalities which exist in project bidding and its reasons, try to propose the specific measures for solving the inequality in the process of bidding
