1、摘要：改革开放后，我国经济快速发展，人们生活水平得到极大提高，对于牛奶等冷藏品的需求量也在增加，在我国于2001年加入WTO后，我国的物流行业面临越来越激烈的竞争。物流又被成为“第三利润源”，良好的物流可以减少流通时间，提高企业的工作效率，促进企业更快速的发展。到目前为止，我国物流理论发展已经相对成熟，冷链物流作为物流里面一种特殊形式，冷链物流对配送的要求更加严格，多品种、小批量、高保鲜是冷链物流最主要的特点。冷链物流在近些年得到了快速发展，但还存在着很多问题：不规范的冷链配送流程，不合理的配送路径。现如今人们对食品营养的关注越来越高，对乳制品的配送要求越来越严格，企业对冷链配送也越来越关注，
2、在降低冷链配送成本上投入了更多的研究。SAVER（冲击与振动环境记录仪）这一系列的产品可以对运输过程中的产品经历的周边的环境信息进行监测和记录，如温度、湿度、跌落、碰撞等信息，可以为产品提供最真实的物流环境信息。本文对生鲜牛奶的发展现状进行了分析，对对冷链物流进行了介绍，对冷链物流的特点进行了说明，分析了国内外对于冷链物流的研究现状，对冷链物流配送运输成本进行了分析，通过对冷链物流配送路径的优化来减少配送时间，增加配送效率，节约配送成本。本文以北京的一家生鲜牛奶冷链物流配送公司A为例，利用SAVER系统对鲜奶配送过程中的信息进行监测和记录，排除不适于物流配送的路径，对剩下的路径采用节约算法进行

14、多需要改善的地方。改革开放后，我国人民的生活水平得到提高，人们不再局限于吃饱穿暖，人们的消费逐渐多元化，对于鲜奶等需要冷藏的营养品的需求量越来越大，多品种、小批量、高保鲜是冷链物流最主要的特点，冷链物流配送相比较一般的物流配送要求更为严格。此外，现在社会越来越多的爆出食品安全问题，三氯氰胺，瘦肉精等。人们对食品安全的重视程度越来越高，冷链物流配送是一种对食品安全保证的方式，是目前很多食品运送的选择方式。我国冷链物流还处于起步阶段，还存在着很大的发展空间，冷链物流在发展中还存在着很多的问题，提高冷链物流的配送水平可以在一定程度上提高企业的竞争力。1.2研究意义到目前为止，完整的冷链体系在我国还没
15、有建立，在现在大多数肉类，水产品，豆制品等食品的配送方式还是走得传统的物流配送方式，难以保证食品的质量,伴随着人们的生活水平的提高，人们对于食品营养的要求越来越高，牛奶等营养物品越来越多的成为许多人的日常必需品，生鲜牛奶等营养食品在近几十年迅速走进平常百姓家，呈现快速发展趋势，并且发展潜力还很巨大，加上最近几年，频繁曝出食品安全问题，三氯氰胺，苏丹红一号，瘦肉精等等事件，使得人们对食品安全的关注度越来越高，蓬勃发展的冷链物品的需求和人们对于食品安全的忧虑极大的促进了冷链物流的需求。可目前对于冷链物流的配送应用水平还比较低，应用范围还比较小。在近些年，我国的物流产业发展迅速，但和发达国家的物流产
