12、业的发展服务。一、调查目的 为了能使财务人员紧扣岗位需求，紧跟岗位能力的变化趋势，了解专业人才需求状况，特此进行调查，通过进一步了解企业对财务人员的要求，更清楚的认识到当今社会企业对会计人员职业道德、工作态度等各方面的实质要求，通过自身各方面能力和素质的提高从而达到企业对财务人员的认可，成为适应社会和企业的专业人才。二、调查对象和范围 在齐齐哈尔市。对10所中小型企业和事业单位的财务人员进行走访或电话访问。以及网络搜集信息。 三、调查内容 1、对财务人员职业资格要求2、财务人员基本职业素质要求3、财务人员岗位职业能力要求四、调查方法 以调查问卷表的形式进行调查。及对10所中小企业的财务人员进行
13、访谈或电话访问的方式。调查问卷及调查表见附件一、二。五、调查结果和分析 1. 人才需求量分析。据中国财会网显示，财会人才的市场需求量仅次于营销人才的需求，屈居第二位。而中国新闻网公布的国家工商总局最新发布的一项统计表明，截止2008年上半年，全国私营企业已达到300万户，同比增长20%，增加近35万户。按此增长速度分析，全国私营企业每年至少增加了30万户，按每个企业配置1-2名会计人员计算，会计行业每年需要增加40多万会计从业人员。由此可见，财务人才的就业前景较为乐观。在调查中，10家企业现有财务专业人员3人以下的7家，占70%，3人到10人之间的两家，占20%，10人以上的1家，占10%。2
14、. 学历需求情况。本次针对企业的学历需求调查结果显示，用人单位在人才的使用上逐步趋于理智，用人浪费的现象得到了很大的改善。中小企业对大专以上人才的需求成为了这类企业人才需求的主体，从回收的有效调查表来看，达到了7家，占调查中小企业总数的70%。3岗位需求情况。企业对财务会计专业人才的岗位需求是我们确定专业方向的重要依据。调查资料显示，企业特别是中小型企业提供的财务会计专业岗位主要是会计核算、财务分析、财务管理三类岗位，它们所占比例分别为：38%、20%、42%。4. 企业对财务会计专业人才业务素质、能力要求情况。业务素质的要求情况。财会人才是做好会计工作的关键，要成为高素质的会计人才，业务素质
15、的不断深化尤显重要。（1）牢固的财务基础知识和专业知识。这是最基本的财务工作基础，也是最重要的，是做好财务工作的关键。（2）广泛的知识面。会计毕竟只是经济科学的一个分支，所以，一名合格的会计人员，对于财务会计工作相关的知识，技能和相关的学科如经济学、税收、营销、管理、法律等也应相当熟悉。调查中企业一致认为“如果一个人只懂会计，他实际上不懂会计”，改革开放的中国是一个信息的社会，会计工作是实践知识的应用，因此，会计人员应是综合性的人才，他需要掌握会计信息系统的特性，及时地吸收反馈，例如金融、证券等知识。（3）掌握会计电算化。计算机现已广泛地运用到财务系统的账务处理等方面，它将使广大会计人员从单调
16、、繁杂的记、算、报账等工作中解脱出来，提高了经济效率，从而使会计人员腾出更多的时间开展分析预算、统筹等工作，同时，也避免了许多差错，其优越性不言而喻。因此，财务人员必须具备掌握计算机应用这一能力。能力要求情况。(1)较强的实践能力。当前，我们财务人员越来越感到对于会计这样一个实用性经济学科，把理论转化为实践，再从实践中提高理论的学习，是非常重要的。尤其是在当前社会需求量比较大，市场竞争的情况下，相应的，应注重对理论的思考，提高分析和解决问题的能力。(2)较强的社会活动能力。一个企业的财会部门掌握着它的经济命脉，财会人员的一个重要任务是在经济工作的重要关口当好领导的参谋，因此，财会人员必须具备较强的社交能力，不仅要同本单位人员交往，而且要与银行、税务、审计等部门进行广泛的联系。作为一名合格的从事财务会计或审计工作的人员，企业认为
