2、Ga, Hoehyon-Dong, Chung-GuSeoul 100-771, Korea(hereinafter called Star)Star is granted the indefinite right to translate and publish the subject title in the Korean language and to market it in Korea subject to the following condit ions:1.Star shall see to it that the translation, paper, graphics, e
3、tc., are u p to the quality of the original book and that the book shall be published withi n six (6) months of the date of this agreement.2.The translation of the book shall be faithful and accurate. No abbrevia tion or alteration of the text shall be made without the written consent of K/H. Any ad
4、vertisements in the book must be approved by K/H beforehand.3.Star shall include in their edition the K/H name and logo and a copyrig ht notice of the original book as specified by K/H. Star shall use the original title.4.Star shall pay royalties on all sales to K/H as follows:a.Six percent (6%) of

The reports shall include the number of copies printed
6、in the c urrent edition, the stock at the beginning, and the stock at the end of the six- month accounting period. Royalties due will be paid at that time6.Star shall not permit publication of the title in any other form.7.Star shall forward 10 complimentary copies of their first edition of th e boo
7、k to K/H, and K/H shall be entitled to buy further copies at 65% of the ret ail price.8.If Star allows the book to go out of print for more than six months, al l rights given in this agreement shall revert to K/H.9.All remittances shall be made to the account of K/H Seoul Star Bldg., 1 2th Floor, 1-

10、司名称、标志及原著的资料 。星星日报需使用原著的书名。4星星日报需支付给 K / H以下的销售版税：a.首500册按零售价的百分之六(6%)计算。b.其后的印数，按零售价的百分之十(10%)计算。5星星日报需于每年6月30日和12月31日分两次提交该书的销售数量报告。报告需包含版本 的印刷数、在六个月的会计期期初的存货量和期末存货量。版税在报告提交时支付。6星星日报不得以其他任何方式出版上述书籍。7星星日报需将该书初版的十本样书免费提供予K / H，而K / H有权以零售价的65%购买额 外的册数。8星星日报如超过六个月仍无法将该书出版，则本协议所给签发人责任人签名制度名与有合作关系的公司订立协议电子文件编码GLWA264页码4-4予的一切权利将归还K / H。9全部汇款应支付予K / H(国事务所)。(地址省略)本协议一式两份，经双方代表签署后即行生效。 签发人责任人签名
